Seems like people playing evil characters will enjoy this the most. Not to say there isn't anything for good characters.
finally.
I feel that Kiddie Kingdom will a very interesting part of Nuka World as mostly ghouls inhabit the place [sp]Maybe that magician from the trailer could also be apart of Kiddie Kingdom since it does appear to be a Glowing One[/sp].
Is Kiddie Kingdom definitely a location in it? I know that there are map markers and keywords/categories referencing it, but the map marker just crashes the game if you try and use it, which makes me think it's either not a location or it's more minor than originally intended.
Spoiler tag me this question. Can you have a Raider ending to the game?
I wonder if slaves will have their own version of a brahmin feeder. Then I can keep both in the same pen.
One of you better find some pictures of that Nuka Pin-up gear or I'm going to have to ask again nicely later.
One of you better find some pictures of that Nuka Pin-up gear or I'm going to have to ask again nicely later.
I thought i saw it in the album of armor pictures, so It might be in those.
The Nuka-Blaster [sp]Can be modded, but guessing you need to find the recipes for the other mods, they're not there at the starts[/sp]
Anyone update their nvidia drivers? It causes some kind of weird lighting bug for your first person models, where shadows emanate from your hands, gun, and pipboy.
Non-story spoiler [sp]There is a reference to Sunset Sarsaparilla, one of the Nuka Cola flavours in the DLC was released to sell against it, don't remember which one[/sp] [editline]17th August 2016[/editline] Oh Boy, lore buffs are going to hate this one [sp]There is a set of Nuka-Cola Quantum themed X-01 armour[/sp]
Oh Boy, lore buffs are going to hate this one [sp]There is a set of Nuka-Cola Quantum themed X-01 armour[/sp]
So long as it's not [sp]in a display case or something, I'm willing to write that off as someone applying a pre-existing paintjob to the fancy new armour they found :V[/sp]
Oh Boy, lore buffs are going to hate this one [sp]There is a set of Nuka-Cola Quantum themed X-01 armour[/sp]
Is it pre-existing in the world or do we just unlock it? Because I see no issue with it if we're just painting it on ourselves because we love NCQ so much.
[sp]It is in a display case.[/sp]
If you don't mind, I'll be in a corner smashing my face into the concrete. [sp]oh well I guess it's not the worst thing in the world[/sp]
It's a shame that bethesda can't seem to keep track of the existing fallout lore, but I'm glad to see more stuff from previous fallout games included in the world. Bethesda's fallout games always feel like they exist in some weird vacuum, separate from the rest of the fallout lore- the more references and characters that pop up from the rest of the world, the more it feels like fallout 4 is actually happening in the same universe. A theme park would be the perfect opportunity to have members of far flung factions coming together in one place, I hope they make the most of it.
It's a shame that bethesda can't seem to keep track of the existing fallout lore, but I'm glad to see more stuff from previous fallout games included in the world.
I dont think it's fair to say that Beth can't keep track of the existing Fallout lore - I really don't think they're incompetent with this stuff. It just seems like it's not really a priority for them at all, as they're willing to make concessions for the sake of whatever they want to put in their game. Which in itself is worrying, depending on how you view the series.
One of you better find some pictures of that Nuka Pin-up gear or I'm going to have to ask again nicely later.
(Image spoiler for outfits duh) https://i.imgur.com/jozWhTI.jpg the one on the far right
Maybe the Enclave [sp] decided to steal Nuka Cola's™ (™registered trademark.ltd™) quantum™ brand X-01 ™power armor design.ltd™ for themselves after the downfall of american society since copyright laws could no longer be enforced. And all the development time the enclave supposedly spent on designing the X-01™ was actually to cover up any evidence that it was a pre-war design by the Nuka Cola™ Corporation, and we've been duped this whole time. [/sp]
Man I want to look at more pictures and shit of Nuka-World but I don't want to ruin the surprises, this is just like when FO4 was getting close to release. I already regret seeing the picture of [sp]the nuka bottle mascot being an asshole[/sp] and the [sp]secret clues laid around the park[/sp].
Has anyone else had the broken reflections glitch in game? As in material reflections appear black. All i did was update my graphics card drivers, before that it worked fine.
Apparently [sp]Flying ants are the new cazadors [/sp] but you have to hit [sp] THE INDIVIDUAL MODELS[/sp].
[sp]It is in a display case.[/sp]
That's a joke right. right.
If there's one thing I'd like Bethesda to do is to include the DLC weapon animations into the base game as a modder resource.
Why do lore buffs hate that? I don't know the reference
Is there like a way to make the raider groups good guys or something? Cause I'm not usually one for playing evil characters and don't want to miss out on a lot over it. Wish I got into the beta of these DLC some times.
From one of the leaked pictures I saw some dialogue that suggested the player had another option besides joining/leading the three raider factions. More specifically, [sp]it was that lady with the bomb collar saying something along the lines of "If you don't like how the raiders run the place, you'll have to kill them and run it yourself" or something. [/sp]
Why do lore buffs hate that? I don't know the reference
[sp] Enclave armor was developed after the war, how could it be on display in a pre-war theme park? [/sp]
:snip: :ninja:
Why do lore buffs hate that? I don't know the reference
[sp]X-01 was not a military armour. It was designed by the Enclave after the war (and even if it existed before the war they wouldn't let anyone else have it). It makes no sense for it to be in a theme park, it makes even less sense to be Nuka-Cola branded. The T-51 armour coming in Vim! paints makes some amount of sense as the military was trying to look good for the public, and Vim! was popular with the people of Maine. If the paint was just a player thing, like the Abrexo paint then no one would care, because player made paints can have any justification you want.[/sp]
Enclave Power Armour is post-war, developed by the Enclave after the bombs fell. Tbh, It shouldn't be anywhere in the Commonwealth really, but that's leveled spawn "game mechanics" for you, where numerous suits can pop up in pre-war locations long since sealed or in places they just shouldn't be and the only way anyone new to the series would know about the armour itself being post-war would be through loading screens. but anyway, [sp]if they seriously put a set of Enclave Power Armour in a display case with Nuka Cola Advertising without a good reason, that's just negligent as fuck lore wise.[/sp]

Some could have put it there post-war. Alternative theory is Bethesda once again did not pay attention to leveled lists and it's just a massive oversight.[/sp]
