Should've combined that with a mod that makes the Critical vats sound "JOHN CENA"
you'd probably be in first place by now because you'd get the meme vote
That'd be a good applicant for stupid meme votes, but if I wanted to meme something like that up i'd make it into One Punch Man. :v:
Make a mod that makes Ghouls scream like FNaF animatronics to get all the meme votes.
I've heard from a reliable source that the Vault DLC does indeed have a close vault animation.
honestly bar the foreshadowing in 3 you could've restructured the entire game to be about the commonwealth fighting off the gunners
Not sure if this has been posted yet, but theres a live stream at 4pm tomorrow (12th of July) showing off the Vault-Tec Workshop
I completely agree. Throughout the game I felt that the Gunners were probably one of the biggest missed opportunities in the game.
I mean, Gunners are widespread and have enough guns, why are they still 'just mercenaries'? They clearly have some sort of discipline and hierarchical structure, it would make sense that at some point Gunners would start developing their own proper settlements, since they can defend them well enough (but the '''settlers''' would be glorified slaves). While not a full faction for the end-game they could have been an interesting force to work against in the Commonwealth, like, if they successfully raid one of your settlements it could be turned into a Gunner settlement and you have to reclaim it? I dunno. It feels cheap them just being "raiders who wot think they iz military".
Finally, I think Quincy is the apex of the disappointment. For an area that is probably the most deadly in the game, the only quest which goes near Quincy is that fucking fridge kid quest. There should've been a quest for the Minutemen after you've got every settlement up and running to finally retake Quincy and turn it into another trade hub area (not a full settlement, but somewhere the player can go to offload gear etc.) There's more than enough Gunners there for an epic battle. But nope, nothing, just another place for phat lewts!!!!
I can't really explain it, but I think Bethesda did intend for more to happen with Quincy, and the Gunners in general but they must've been shelved to make way for other .. things.
Bethesda rushing a game to meet a date? Say it ain't so!

Wow simply incredible what you can do with stolen assets. Will I have to make a forum account to get these?

This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion, But I don't really like these.
Isn't having super detailed outfits and faces ported from other games and slapped right onto npcs going to look a little jarring in normal gameplay?
Even if the dude manages to replace every single npc in the game, what about the player character? Will you just be the only potato in a world of oddly hi-res people? or will you just have a premade face you can't change?
Also, do these faces move and everything? or is it going to be a static mask worn over the potato as with Ulysses

Hopefully he may put it in the public section but if he doesn't, I may just download and find a way to host it in case you guys want it.
Edit- Also, this guy got map markers from the Nuka World DLC and it looks like [sp] there are vassal settlements[/sp]

It'll still require an account if it's in public, it just won't require any posts.
Dragbody always posts his mods in public, though.
Does anybody know a fix to these issues I'm having?
I just got back into my game, and when I crouched, I was cloaked much like the effect of a stealth boy or chameleon legendary prefix... But the thing is I'm not using any of those particular items. Curiously, the cloak effect will turn on as I crouch, but then vanish and return to normal visuals about two seconds later.
The other issue I'm having is the effect of Yao Guai Roast. If I'm not mistaken, contrary to the description, the damage increase for melee is more along the lines of a 300% damage boost to melee weapons, that itself isn't my issue, the problem is that the boost won't go away. Somehow the Yao Gaui Roast buff has permanently stayed with me, so now all my melee weapons do an absurd amount of damage, and as fun as that is, I'd rather try to avoid exploiting it.
I'm playing on Survival just to clarify, so I don't think I can use any console magic to remedy these issues.

They still haven't patched that? :v:

I'm not entirely certain how they reworked the magic system for Fallout 4 yet, but try this:
player.removespell 150730
Exactly the reason I find this mod to be bullshit.
So I started playing around with editing textures and using the creation kit with the intention of making a bunch of variants of military clothing since most of the retextures I could find were either kinda crappy or unfitting, direct replacers or both. Today I was doing a quick test on the army helmet to see how it shows up in game and it seems like the texture wraps in a kind of unexpected way that you wouldn't notice just looking at the texture sheet.
[t] http://i.imgur.com/3oUL81H.png [/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/9n0YTAi.png[/t]
At the back there at a seemingly random point it seems to just kind of split, causing the texture to become misaligned. It's not noticeable with more simplistic retextures like a recolour, but with a pattern it looks real ugly. Any texturesmiths know if there's an easy way to fix it or will be just be a case of tedious trial and error adjusting things until it fits right across both parts?
[editline] - [/editline]
And yeah, I know there's more problems than just that.

It's kind like how in Fallout 3 it seems kind of important that the Super Mutants are looking for something in the ruins of DC and fighting a pitched battle with the Talon Company over the Capitol Building. Eh... nope.

To be fair the mutants were looking for something, captives.
Unlike in fallout 4, the mutants have a pretty solid reason for existing in the DC wasteland, and their survival hinges on capturing as many humans as possible.
It's not unrealistic to assume they went after talon company simply because hardcase mercenaries would make decent mutant soldiers.

iirc if you stealth around in 3 you can hear super mutants talk about how they need to find more 'green stuff', which is almost certainly FEV. Could have something to do with the perpetual war with the talon company

or maybe there was no thought put into it whatsoever and beth just thought it would be cool to see some npc infighting v:v:v
And tbh, It was.
I love joining battles that npcs are already fighting amongst themselves.
I'm completely confused at how my settlers have ended up bugged. I've got a number of settlers that show weapons and armour with 0 quantity at the end, which means I can't remove them from their inventory or do anything regarding those items. Fortunately, I think I can just resurrect them to fix it.
On top of that, though, I've got settlers that are completely invisible despite having full collision. I can trade with them and assign them to things and everything, but I can't get them to equip any clothing and I can't select them in console. To actually fix them, I instead have to trade with them so I can get them to equip a new weapon, then assign them to one of the arenas from Wasteland Workshop, just so that I can punch them and only get them to be hostile to me instead of the whole settlement. They pull their weapon out to attack me, which lets me actually select them in the console and use recycleactor on them so that they actually get a body. Only after that can I kill them and then resurrect them to get them back to normal and non-hostile.
I'm not even sure if this is because of Bethesda or mods. The only thing I might have been able to work out is that the settlers might have turned into synths somehow (seeing as they have sparks when shot and refer to me as "human" after attacking them), but I have no idea who to blame that on.
I want someone to mod in a Build a Synth workshop so I can make Skynet happen.
