Here is all the space in Vault 88 from the Vault DLC after everything is scrapped.
I swear if you post that one youtube video of that guy's flipping the bird custom animation as your source I'm going to blow.
I was not ready with that link, AT ALL.
Someone ought to make the VSS Vintorez for Fallout 4.
I like that gun a lot.
Vault DLC non-Story spoilers.
[sp]There are two entrances to the Vault, the first one is in Quincy Quarry, the second one is a subway station at University Point. You can't access the second one until you've dug it out from inside the vault.[/sp]

I'm pretty sure there's more than that.
I'm pretty sure there's more than that.
I've only seen those two mentioned so far.
Well, time to go inside and find the number.

Wait, you mean [sp]these are spots where you can build vaults? I hope it's more than two. [/sp]
Oh and if nobody has mentioned this, when you Fast Travel to 88, you fast travel to the interior, like with the Mechanist's Lair.
Wait, you mean [sp]these are spots where you can build vaults? I hope it's more than two. [/sp]
No
[sp]There is only One vault, there are just two ways to get inside that I know of.[/sp]

Thanks. Guess that thread on reddit didn't find it yet (or I missed it in my read through)

It looks like hot garbage.
This isn't a Vintorez, but it has mods that make it looks a lot like one.

It looks like the Normals are inverted.
99% sure gloss is green and spec is red. Also normal maps are swizzled two channel derivative maps.
Ah. Shows how much (or little) effort I spent on the art for the Claymore haha. I think the normal map gets automatically cut down when you export from Photoshop with the dds plugin, but I'm not too sure about my green channel. It might need flipping
I'm exporting my diffuse as DXT1, my normal as 3Dc, and my Specular as BC7 (not sure if linear or srgb). Do you have a link to recent post/documentation for it? Everyone seems to be saying different things
Thanks The Rizzler and Lt_C.
Only re-textured the stocks so far, this is what I got.

If anyone know how to add custom weapons with attachment and stuff could you explain it in a PM or just send me in the right direction? Also, can you move the lights in CK when you preview a model?
As you all might notice I have no idea what I'm doing v:v:v
Can someone explain to me why the 'older' Power armor introduced in the Bethesda games... looks more like the t-60 than the 'newer' t-51? Like that feels like they didn't even think when they were designing it, it's so out of place. That's especially weird since they, in the same game as it was introduced, ALSO had the classic model.

And despite the fact that T-60 is better, the loading screen still refers to the T-51 as the pinnacle of pre-war power armour technology. The T-60 should have been better than the T-45 but worse than the 51 imo, then it'd make some amount of sense both visually and statistically. Or failing that, it should have been a post-war Brotherhood of Steel improvement upon the T-45.

I think the T-60 was a rule of cool design. In the artbook, they talked about how it was the first piece of art for the game. It sounded like it was initially going to be the T-45 remade for the new artstyle but became different enough to make it a unique variant.
It doesn't make much sense from a timeline standpoint, and the idea that the entire BoS would switch from T-45 to a fleet of T-60's in 10 years is dubious as well.
Honestly, I think having a new set of power armor has been a signature of every numbered title. I'm sure if/when there's a Fallout 5, there will be some crazy design on the box cover that they'll crowbar into the lore.

In my head-canon, the T51 is superior, but the T60 was a later model going back to the T45 style as a quantity over quality strategy. But the in-game stats shit on that

Fallout 1 had T-51, Fallout 2 had Advanced (now known as X-01), 3 had T-45, Advanced Mk II, Hellfire, and 4 has T-60.
Now we need more post war armor because that makes sense.

Don't forget Raider power armor (Maybe it doesn't count?)
An SDK which contained Havok Animation (now called Havok Animation Studio) was available for a brief time free of charge. Until Microsoft bought them.
It was called HavokContentTools. The standalone tool can only open the animation files, but not anything else. I can't say if the files that would be created from maya would be in a F4 readable format, but as far as just opening the character project goes, that doesn't work out of the box.

The files in the animation folder can be read, but any other file crashes the program, this is what the animation files look like - assuming this tool can read them properly.

I being facetious about how the factory made T-60 and T-45 just came out of nowhere after the war and were retconned into being Pre-War.
Raider actually makes sense.
I launched Fallout Shelter just now and immediately there was a Deathclaw attack. At least my vault residents survived the attack.
