I assume that's what you mean when you say people not eating for 200 years anyway. If it was something else, my bad (also please explain).
There are multiple quests where you discover pre-war characters, usually ghouls, That have been locked away for 200 years and we are supposed to believe they have managed to survive without eating or drinking that whole time. The most infamous example is the kid in the fridge, and although people were quick to write that off as the writers having a laugh- the exact same issue comes up again in [sp] Nick valentine's quest to save the wasteland from the worlds first ghoul who is locked in a tiny room without food, water or a toilet but definitely needs to be stopped because he is somehow a huge threat?[/sp]. They do it again to a lesser extent with the vault-tec DLC, although considering the size of the space i'm willing to suspend my disbelief and imagine vault tec had food and water stored for an entire vault population on site- and that's what the overseer was living off of.
I still don't get that. Did a DMCA or C&D happen once that made them have no tolerance? I mean, christ, models and shit get ported all the time and no one bats an eye, but the moment any sounds from other games go up, apparently it's a red flag. Stuff like that gives the Steam Workshop and even Loverslab an actual tangible 'advantage' over Nexus.
The nexus will nail you for model porting, too. Any kind of porting will get your mod nuked. Everything has to be original.

I guess either they cleaned it up or all those damn Millenia weapons everywhere that I see reused between multiple games confused me. EDIT: Skyrim definitely has ported weapons and models lying around in its sections, Fallout seems to be mostly clean though.

Like all stuff from The Witcher series is fine due to CD Project allowing assets to be used (not sure about the Witcher 3 tho) by modders as long as no money is being directly made
So since I'm completely and utterly starting Fallout 4 from scratch, give me some must have mods.
Any help?
I assume you've gotten the dialogue mod? Always a must have for me Is the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch any good yet, it's been a while since I checked on it [editline]7[/editline] Probably spring cleaning if settlements is your thing, along with the mods to re-enable achievements with mods + the console in survival
I assume you've gotten the dialogue mod? Always a must have for me Is the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch any good yet, it's been a while since I checked on it
Well stuff besides obvious fixes
Dragbody has a possibility of releasing his new NCR mod this weekend. Can't wait. Will send a link once it releases just in case it in a private section. [t]http://i.imgbox.com/UAOnmCEr.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgbox.com/qsF7H60N.jpg[/t]
Oh yeah, can't to see characters from all the games he stole them from.

So who else started making their grand vault in Vault 88, only to realise it's a truly horrible place to make anything since you don't get to ever go there due to terrible placement / not being a vista that you can look at from afar? I realised that on my survival playthrough after spending ~4-5k steel and 800 rubber, hueh.
Can someone explain to me how what I said was wrong instead of resulting in childish, passive-aggressive flaming?
He was expressing disbelief that people think old school rpgs are a dying genre. Think you need to get over yourself a little bit.

[sp]Eddie wasn't a threat at all, the entire quest was about vengeance for Jenny Lands, the original Nick Valentine's wife, and tying up the last loose end that was holding Synth Nick Valentine back from becoming his own person. As for basic needs, in the bunker, Eddie has a couple sinks, food, and liquor (and there's actually a vegetable soup on the table when you walk in). There are also raiders outside that he deals with, who presumably bring him supplies.[/sp] Also, in Vault 88, you can see [sp]Barstow's little accommodations, where she's cooking Cram on a barrel grill, and has a bunch of non-perishable supplies in boxes inside the trailer.[/sp] I hate Kid in a Fridge too, but i'm pretty sure that it's the only example in Fallout 4 of Ghouls surviving without supplies.

As for in the [sp] secret room, one can of soup isn't exactly 200 years of sustenance-[/sp] and I'm fairly sure a big part of that quest was that [sp]eddie had no connections on the outside world, hence the code hunting on your end, and his remarks about how he thinks robots took over the world[/sp] As for Barstow, I already said I imagined she was finding food in the non-perishable supplies intended for the vault (the cram you mentioned) that's probably what those trains were loaded with. I actually felt kinda bad when I was scrapping the trailer considering how long she had lived there, but I couldn't move it so there was no way to incorporate it with the vault.
White Power, Armour.
Oh god dammit I missed that one.
Today is a good day for modding.
Can someone explain to me how what I said was wrong instead of resulting in childish, passive-aggressive flaming?
Well I did, and you just ignored what I said and rated the post dumb. More traditional RPG games are hardly a niche market, there are hundreds of them on sale and plenty are still being made. The genre isn't dead because bethesda made a few games that were a little light on the RPG aspects, Stop being so dramatic.
Can't stop the drama unless you get bant, Facepunch policy.
