Are these glitched weapons you guys have been posting usable in the FOBs? If so that would feel really bad with them already having cheaters and the like.
[sp]replaying mission 18 becomes really trivial when you can just use your magical superscience teleporter to pluck the kids out of the cave 5 seconds after meeting them[/sp] [editline]10th September 2015[/editline]
Are these glitched weapons you guys have been posting usable in the FOBs? Wow holy shit fuck [EXTREME] Metallic Archaea, who bases a [sp]boss fight[/sp] on a button prompt that never shows up. Please tell me there's a way to cheese it. [sp]And recieve an S[/sp]
Wow holy shit fuck [EXTREME] Metallic Archaea
Funny, I literally just beat it by driving around on D-Walker and shooting them with a minigun.
Funny, I literally just beat it by driving around on D-Walker and shooting them with a minigun.
you know, I really dont use D-Walker enough.
Funny, I literally just beat it by driving around on D-Walker and shooting them with a minigun.
That is also how I did it the first time around. D-Walker's freaking OP, yo.
Personally, I think the coolest environment/level was [sp]Ground Zeroes[/sp] which really sucks when you think about it. I got bored of the two very similar areas quickly
you know, I really dont use D-Walker enough.
wow that was fucking piss easy
I used D-walker any time I wasn't being stealthy, he's insanely useful. Basically the horse with a minigun
Funny, I literally just beat it by driving around on D-Walker and shooting them with a minigun.
[sp]First time I cheesed them around and got 2 killed then died after like 30 minutes of fighting. My equipment was all wrong because I didn't know what was coming.[/sp] I got mad and whipped out my GOLDEN D-walker, and this happened: [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/432699131275227544/937094C45D2FF1E56033B167E6FE2FC2CADF76ED/[/t] "Perfect stealth."
Mission 43 spoilers: [sp]A Shining Light, even in Death. What a mission. You know what made it so much worse? I have a hard time killing anyone in a video game that gives you the option not to. Up to this point,[/sp] I had not killed a single person, not counting tanks and helicopters in early missions that gave you no other option. Every single elimination mission I'd finished with an extraction, every single neutralization was non-lethal. I'd crawl up to downed enemies, carry their bodies out of sight, wake them and hold them to the ground at gunpoint. It made the game more difficult, but it felt right. I have around 260,000 heroism, and no blood on my hands. I played MGS3 in exactly the same way. [sp]So as it happened, the first kills I made were against the infected. My own men - men the game has taught you to love as Big Boss himself might've loved them. It was bad enough to have your men begging you to end them, or begging you to save them, but that final room, where they just stand there and salute you, to the very last man... was too much to take.[/sp] It was so well done. Horrifying, but well done. [sp]Plant your roots in me.[/sp]
wow that was fucking piss easy
Bit late to the chat, but for people who are still having trouble, my tried and tested method is Brennan anti-materiel sniper on the top of the hangar. You can use the sniper to shoot through the rocks they make, and it takes off a tonne of health.
Oh god what have I done. [sp]It's the grenade launcher gun, with the nade launcher magazine[/sp]
That's basically just Boba Fett's gun.
I shot those bitches with no remorse we are very different men :v:
You know what, even with the story problems, and the fact that the boss fights mainly feel pretty lackluster, I abso-fucking-lutely adore this game. The stealth gameplay is pretty much the most enjoyable I've ever played. This even beats out Chaos Theory in my opinion.

I wouldn't be so weird about the game if it wasn't so fucking enjoyable. I just feel like I've spent 60 hours playing 60% of a game, the remaining 40% being concept of one (that made zero sense)
I don't understand why I had so much trouble stealthing in GZ and then I stealth so damn easily in this game.
I just realized something. The tapes called [sp]The Hamburgers of Kazuhira Miller[/sp] is supposed to be a joke on the origin of McDonald's, isn't it?

Then remember that he's Kazuhira McDonnell Miller.
starring benedict "kazuhira "mcdonell "master""" miller
And "Big "Naked "Venom "Punished""" Snake" Boss"
starring benedict "kazuhira "mcdonell "master""" miller
I still don't know where the "Benedict" came from, or why it's even there. Nobody ever uses it.
Oh man. developing naked silver camo for snek. Also going to go test if this supposedly nonlethal sniper with the grenade mag works. Edit: Silent shot. Loud explosion. About two hits knock people out in an AoE. I suspect this would work better on a nonlethal with higher base damage.
Just defended my FOB from an invader. The guy'd tried to spoof my men with a decoy. I saw a few of my guys react to it, ran to where I thought I'd be, and punched him the fuck out with the bionic arm, followed by wormhole fulton. Rekt.

Hey since [sp]The Man on Fire is basically Volgin, do you think he'd have a special reaction if you have the Raiden costume on while fighting him?[/sp]
