Also, why is butterfly emblem necessary? [sp]How is it connected with Quiet not leaving? Can you get her back if you do not use it?[/sp]
Anyone?
Shouldnt use Lethal.
GAMEPLAY MECHANIC SPOILERS, NOT STORY.
[sp]Their is a hidden moral system, based off Demon Points. The more kills/destruction you do both offline and online add to it and make your shrapnel horn bigger. Max demon rank makes you bloody and no shower helps. Only way to remove it is to do good things like tranq guard posts and be non-lethal.[/sp]
People need to find some official source to clear this up. [sp]One day, people are saying only truly assholeish things that detract from Heroism (like burning people or killing animals, or building nukes) really add to your demon points, the next people say all lethal gameplay adds to demon points.[/sp]
damn c2w subsistence was awesome
just having to fuckin improvise that shit
I take it there aren't more subsistence missions? Love the idea.
Kind of sad that it seems there aren't actually hard modes for each mission, just some missions have hard versions. Was really disappointed by that, [sp]I figured 20 missions left meant 20 unique missions.[/sp]
If you really want to Subsistence things on (almost) any mission, you could just set up a Loadout that has little to no gear besides the essentials or even nothing at all just so you improvise.

I think all you listed matters.
I have heard all of those, and people saying the specifically only killed others.

Game won't let you go in without a primary and secondary.
I guess the big reason why there aren't more OSP missions is that this game doesn't really have weapons in armories or anything like Ground Zeroes did, you wouldn't be finding any tranq guns or anything laying around. So you would probably just be using the same SVG-76.
pretty sure the weapon requirements are so that cutscenes make sense
pretty sure the weapon requirements are so that cutscenes make sense
Big Boss already has his basicbitch magical super carbine in hammerspace ready at all times to ignore your own weapon choices so I don't think it would matter that much.
Massive MGS V spoiler
[sp]Have to say, the epidemic is a pretty good gamechanger, immediately went from extracting everyone I met to being a one-man deathsquad. Pretty fitting considering since my favorite DD soldier is named "Assassin Harrier".[/sp]
OH NO
NOT ME
WE NEVER LOST CONTROL
OST is my favorite part so far. I'm 5 hours in and I've only had very minor complaints (getting to one place to another feels unnecessarily slow), but I'm wholly enjoying myself. In contention for my goty along with Bloodborne.

Yeah, I'm kind of disappoint by the lack of stuff you can really find out in the world. I find the occasional silencer or ammo, but other than resources that's pretty much it. I'd love to find armories with good weapons in them, maybe more heavily guarded.
I just encountered the best (??) bug in Mission 22. [sp]Woke up and decided to try again, refreshed I did much better... I still got caught but had a escape route planned out and took it. Heard one of them throw a grenade from somewhere and was just like "eh" and kept crawling on a pipe on the outside layer.
Then Miller said the general died and I won.
I'm so fucking confused, it didn't even give me a rank[/sp]
How do I start building nukes?

In the resources menu.

[sp]The "no rank" thing is normal, that mission is unranked for some reason.[/sp]

Last place I'd look. Thanks.
It's fucking hilarious calling in a smoke barrage on enemy tanks and then just fulton them the fuck away, Diamond Dogs now own five high-quality russian tanks. :v:
Also, why the fuck was there a tape of goat sounds ditched on the Animal Preservation Platform? :v:
It feels good to just barely reach a level requirement for a development project by the staff morale boost.
So today my friend was doing MISSION 11 [sp] the fight against Quiet [/sp] and my other Friend watching suggested the possibility of dropping a supply drop on them. Long story it actually worked and cut half an hour of cat and mouse into a 3 minute waiting game.
Also when can I unlock head wear? Story
Just beat Chapter 1 and this game just keeps getting deeper and deeper story-wise, I love it. Kojima is the lord of the Ruse Cruise.
Also when can I unlock head wear? Story
Only DD soldiers have headwear, which is only a balaclava.
Can soldiers wear the infinity bandana(or infinity balaclava, either way)? I don't have it yet but I assume it's in the game.

I mean bandana etc or is that the only thing BB can have?
MISSION 31+(?) SPOILERS. I am extremely confused [sp] Okay, so I just beat mission 31, and it says in Chapter 2 there is going to be more stuff? I am really confused is there going to be another game or are there a shit ton more missions? If so, how many more missions are there?[/sp]
Can you fulton all the APC's from that Rebel Offensive mission? If so, what's the best way to force them to stop aside from detonating a pack of C4 next to the road?
MISSION 40 HELP
[sp]Does it matter if I kill Quiet at this point? I saved her in mission 11, I just wanna kinda see what happens if I kill her, but I don't want it to fuck with the story..[/sp]

You can get electromagnetic net mines that disable their movement.
I'm not sure if it's just a precise hitbox or not, but my anti materiel nutshots aren't spawning female soldiers. Maybe it's a longer term thing or something.
So I'm a bit conflicted about Quiet (story spoilers)
[sp]I have a butterfly on my emblem, pretty much had one since I first started using Quiet on missions, even before I knew about her leaving and such. Considering it's important to the story that she leaves and considering there's a specific side op for her leaving, should I just change my emblem and let her go regardless to actually follow the canon course of the story ?[/sp]
If i had shadowplay i could make a mashup of all the times DD has walked into my line of fire. I was on a fixed machinegun shooting up at a helicopter, then dd just decides to walk on the sandbags and right in front of the barrel. What a dick.
Also does anyone know how to get the bandanna? I saw a webm of someone with it.
