[sp]Probably over 50 soldiers who speak Kikongo, some even from GZ transfer, and the bionics specialist and the anesthesia specialist. FUUUCK[/sp]
[sp] If they have decent-ish stats, and quite a bit of health, they should survive, but for now, just move them to the waiting room, then place them under direct contract until you can get the quarantine platform. When I had the epidemic, I only lost about 7-9 men, most of whom were fresh E rank staff. That being said, as soon as it starts, you'll need to haul ass with the main missions to minimize losses.[/sp]
dont they learn new languages the longer they are at motherbase though? i have some with 4/5 languages and i dont think they started like that
dont they learn new languages the longer they are at motherbase though? i have some with 4/5 languages and i dont think they started like that
Yes.
I just hit DD and my relationship with him decreased, because he decided to walk in front of my hand just as I was throwing a magazine to distact someone.
[sp]Finally managed to complete Traitor's Convoy I found the truck at the airport, but I still had to fight the Skulls because they would not let the truck go by fulton. Used D-Walker and a rocket launcher[/sp] Seriously though, fuck the [sp]Skulls[/sp]
Did you try rapid choking (mashing the button) vs slow choking (pressing once and holding down)?
I did not. I will look into it in a bit.
I wish I could import custom music so I could use this as my helicopter song
but you can. assuming you are playing on pc

I find it hilarious that you can use the lullaby tapes you find to put guards asleep. I didn't think it would work when I tried it but when I seen the ZZZ oh was it glorious.
but you can. assuming you are playing on pc
Nah, I'm on PS4 [editline]6th September 2015[/editline] Do you have to[sp]get rid of Quiet[/sp]to get the true ending?
Better than some of my men's designations. I'm looking at you, Bastard Goat.
The only asian combat unit guy I have is codenamed "Spunky Crocodile". I can't bring myself to reassign him OR use him.
I'm using quiet to raise her buddy level, but shit me it's boring to use her. She's too OP. There's no point going in yourself because all you got to do is tell her to fire a few times and everyone is asleep.
Can you fulton all the APC's from that Rebel Offensive mission? If so, what's the best way to force them to stop aside from detonating a pack of C4 next to the road?
EMN Mines, or you can place a decoy just at the top of the verge in the valley past Yako Oobo or whatever it's called Supply Post hide on the cliff to the side, wait for them to stop, jump down, drop a balloon on them, rinse and repeat for the two coming at once at the end, go for the rear one first, because that will then halt the one in front again (since it'll probably have shot the decoy)
I just noticed that rain can damage your box. Kojima what?
that's been in since mgs2 at least.
No matter how many times i try i cannot beat the [sp]metal gear boss on episode 30,[/sp] it just keeps killing me no matter how many rockets i fire, no matter how much i use d walker and the tanks and air strikes, air support and other things, it keeps killing me at the same point with the same amount of health and it's really starting to piss me off to the point where i don't want to play anymore. Everyone said this part was easy and they did it on their first try, i don't know what im doing wrong.
So, about those timings I posted earlier. Turns out there's a bit of a consequence to them that may not have been intended. Spoilers for Episode 23. [sp]In The White Mamba you have to deal with a lot of child soldiers. Obviously you can't kill them, which makes the mission fairly challenging. A large part of the challenge, if you're not just going ham with an assault rifle, it that tranqing the kids will only leave them unconscious for a couple of minutes, and throwing them will only take them out for 35 seconds. You can't fulton them and you can't choke them out either. You can punch them though. Turns out the mission is a lot easier if you tranq all the kids and then spend the next few minutes waking them up and beating them into unconsciousness. It makes the "Extract 20 children" task a walk in the park.[/sp]
To beat [sp]Sahelanthropus, you must become one with your inner sprinter. Also, the Killer Bee is probably your best best, but a rifle grenade launcher will help too. You just need to run like fuck everywhere, pop missiles at his face, and when he's immobile, attack weak spots Aim for the tanks on it's rear when it's immobile, and aim for the holes in it's chest where it pulls out the swords after that - those seem to do the most damage. Using the vehicles before it pulls out the metallic archaea will probably also help, but I didn't do that because I'm a hardcore (and stubborn) son of a bitch, and dying four times was worth it to see that bastard fall down[/sp]

[editline]edited[/editline] Didn't work.
Just got Quiet. Miller's such a dick sometimes.
How do I make Quiet shut up

how the fuck do you do mission 16 non lethally? the one where [sp]the skulls jump out of the truck[/sp]
I wish setting her to attack would actually attack people, not just wait til the last second to snipe someone who put me in reflex mode.
The "cover me" option just makes her kill everything she sees.
how the fuck do you do mission 16 non lethally? the one where [sp]the skulls jump out of the truck[/sp]
Fulton truck, run like hell out of there.
how the fuck do you do mission 16 non lethally? the one where [sp]the skulls jump out of the truck[/sp]
[sp]I just got the truck at the airport or whatever, and when the skulls jumped out I was close enough to the truck itself to extract it while in reflex mode. Then I just do the standard skull unit procedure and fucking hightail it without fighting anyone.[/sp]
Fulton truck, run like hell out of there.
how?? it keeps failing with this darn mist
Did you try rapid choking (mashing the button) vs slow choking (pressing once and holding down)?
Just tried it out. Every time I choked someone out before I tapped the button because that's how I've always done it. Turns out if you do the slow choke the enemy stays out for 3 extra minutes, giving you 12 minutes to do whatever you want.
