this game does a great job at making you feel like shit for getting into firefights. hearing a guy tell a dying soldier "come on, you can make it! you've been through worse, right? this is nothing to you, just stay with me!" tore out my heartstrings

once i had started regularly doing missions in Africa i only started seeing soldiers around B - A+'s

as you get further into the game everyone starts getting higher stats

Who ever left the memory leak in the emblem creator needs a spanking. The rest of the game runs flawlessly and just to make a silly emblem I spent 15 minutes selecting 1 word.

There's no "End" state even after you get the True Ending and you can replay missions, so... Yes? No? Kind of?

That's what I did even while not on extreme :v: Dealing with [sp] skulls [/sp] without having to deal with them as snipers :v:

I've found that [I]Yell! Dead Cell[/I] goes perfectly with the skull unit battles, that song will always be my favorite boss music from metal gear.
Got my first FOB, been dreading this moment. Saved up GMP for hours beforehand so I could research all the starting security devices as well as start building four platforms. Can anyone give me some tips? There's no steam guides or really any decent online guides at all for FOBs.
I have my guys set to nonlethal, rank B guards, grade 3 equipment. What do people mean when they say 'checkpoints'? What is 'Preparedness' for? When do I get charged security costs, and is it worth going all out? Also if an enemy reaches the target zone, do they really steal ALL of the personnel off of the platform? Could anyone cover my ass (FOB) while I get my bearings (+ how would I advertise my own FOB for people to add as a relationship?)
