i somehow managed to get an S on mission 16????
I sure fucking love my FOB getting invaded and not being able to defend because I can't connect to the session.
you get 170,000 just doing mission 16 under 16 minutesgetting s rank isnt hard
So i heard you can somehow use boxes to fast travel to bases or something? Is this true or some hearsay from this thread? Because i have no clue how to do so.
I have had moments where they ram their own man and call the radio for potentially intruder alert. You just killed your own man you dumbass.
Well would you like your soviet commanding officers to know you killed a teammate?

Much quicker than waiting for the helicopter to fly you over.
Missions 25-30 spoilers: I have a question. [sp] I determined that the common thread between the infected in the quarantine was the language Kikongo. Given what the trailers had said, I suspected Skullface's pathogen and as a precaution detained all staff (At least I think I got them all, but I have close to a thousand men and may have made a mistake or two) who spoke Kikongo. In the end there were close to 300 people in the Quarantine. I lost a few to the sickness, but the Code Talker's cure saved the rest, because I did those missions as quickly as humanly possible. Are my men safe now? Will any more have to die? [/sp]
on motherbase just deploy your box on the orange platform in afganistan/angola you also have to collect the invoice form each platform to travel to it, you cant travel during alerts
I only found out the box travel thing is also possible outside motherbase after I just got to africa :v:

I always jinx myself at the worst moments. And there is always that one asshole I miss during reckon that spots me. The sonar helps but there is always that one soldier.
I only found out the box travel thing is also possible outside motherbase after I just got to africa :v:
theres a few things that arnt really explained, i havnt tried this but i think if you stand on a container when you fulton it you leave the mission area
Man, Miller needs to chill the fuck out. Ocelot might very well be the most level-headed person on my entire staff at this point. That said, if the goal was to present Miller as a bitter, paranoid shell of a man...they did a pretty damn good job.
Imagine your best friend dying with your empire you have been working on for a fuckload of time, then you get tortured into blindness and losing an arm and a leg. At least your best friend came back to life.....after almost a decade. Not that I have been in a similar experience, but I can empathize with Kaz being the way he is in the game. Am on mission 16 atm so maybe I have yet to see him in action.
god i had to start playing as my qt grill because my dumb snake horn's really starting to grow this is gross
Iv'e been watching trough the other MGS games and Snake's old voice sounded like he had throat cancer or something. Very tense and "unrelaxed".
why would he be relaxed he's a supersoldier in enemy territory i do like keifer though, he brings a certain...weariness to the character that I think hayter didn't bring
MGS3/MGSV Chapter 1 spoilers [Sp]Didn't expect the Cobra Unit's powers to get explained :y Parasites are the retro nanomachines.[/sp]
I wonder if you can be a hero and demon snake at the same time, i think heroism and "demonism" for lack of a better word are different meters entirely
you get 170,000 just doing mission 16 under 16 minutesgetting s rank isnt hard
those [sp]skulls[/sp] were fucking hard though
Yeah, it really does seem to be that the invisible Demon meter is pretty much divorced from the Heroism meter besides in certain situations. The heroism and rankings beyond bonuses don't give a shit whether you tranq or kill, but nothing in the game inclines to you besides the growing horn length that slaughter sprees apparently increase the demon. Granted that'd probably be commonsense, but still.
man being a hero is great once you get enough heroism, s ranking soldiers start coming as volunteers pretty frequently
What level of heroism is that? Mine's at 120,000ish at the moment.
In respect to Metal Gear 1 Big Boss, I will be going full nuclear and become a demon. See you all on the flip side.
i thought you could stand on a container and fulton yourself back to MB, but I jsut tried it and slipped right off. Do you have to do it in a certain place?
Hold the button down afterwards you dummy.
hold what button down
the one you use to fulton shit with. It literally shows you a button promt when standing on a container you've fultoned.
oh. i was doing the mission that required extrating two containers and i was a bit occupied being shot at

max-rank ddog is op as shit "bark bark" "what's that boy? most of their forces are concentrated along the south wall, but there are two snipers in the northeast tower?" "bark" "and the prisoner is in the ground-level room on the West side of the compound? good boy!"
