Could someone please post TPP QAR tool for modding? I can only find the GZ version or does that version work as well?
I hope someone makes a trainer that lets you unlock all researchables. My game save got completely botched forever ago and because I can't research semi-important unlockables and it's made me disinterested in the game
If theres one thing I can notice on Huey between PW and TPP, is that he fucking aged better.
man, fuck mission [sp]43[/sp] that was really difficult

I've been hearing about how tough Mission 16 is so I was dreading it but I actually got an S-rank on it my first time. :v: Quick question though that has probably been answered but I don't have time read all 853 posts since I last checked the thread: Can you still play the game after beating it?
I should've figured this would happen, it's a shame that the Buddy system is so damn lacking. [t]http://i.imgur.com/fLkQTbX.jpg[/t]
http://www.polygon.com/2015/9/8/9275393/metal-gear-woman-lead-character-secret Wow it's almost like you can play as your motherbase soldiers.

. That’s why the game teases you with changing Snake’s character’s race and face in the opening, a feature that delighted my Asian husband
is this real life

Ocelot is a cowboy on the inside and out.

However, (buddy/potential plot spoiler) [sp]if you don't know an obscure method, Quiet does leave for good before the end-game, and there's no way to get her back on that save afterwards as far as we know.[/sp]

I got the [sp]the prisoner on mission 23[/sp] Is she the one that everyone is talking about
I actually don't understand why Ocelot isn't a buddy
I actually don't understand why Ocelot isn't a buddy
he's still officially with russia at this point plus his character is supposed to be this, he gets up from his chair 25 years later when his plan is complete and he shoots everything
I actually don't understand why Ocelot isn't a buddy
The cost of code and QA for Quiet was almost certainly tens of thousands of dollars. She has very complicated behavior and a lot of tightly designed gameplay features. Doing all the same again, for a character with much less gameplay potential (and actual voiceover requirements) just doesn't make sense. What would Ocelot do that would make him a useful buddy? If he got into close combat he'd just be a massive liability. With that said, he could stand to make some appearances in gameplay (it'd be badass as hell if he rode in on pure-combat missions like[sp]29[/sp])

I was listening to some DMX when I had an idea:
I'm not sad that Ocelot isn't a buddy, but i'm disappointed that we only have four, and only two of them actually have any sort of character - and one of those two is fucking D-Dog so no one can deny him. A co-op system, being able to get support from Diamond Dog forces beyond just supply and chopper, or anything more than just, "Oh hey you can bring one buddy in for your otherwise-solo infiltration ops, whether it's a horse, a dog, a robot or a naked sniper." There's a blatant disparity there.
I might be the only one who thinks this but does anyone else feel that the overall music is less memorable than other songs from the franchise? The only songs I can really remember are Quiet's theme and Sins of the Father. Other than that, I can't really find the rest of the music to be memorable.
It's probably because so much of the soundtrack is just ambient music for running across the desert, so there aren't specific rooms with distinct, memorable music
uh m8
he'd look way less cool while constantly setting off alarms and failing to take cover from tanks
I gotta say, I'm only 13% of the way through the game, and I'm already extremely satisfied with my purchase. God damn I am blown away by how fun the game is. On another note, do you guys know how I can level up the skills of my soldiers? I've discovered I can play and go out on missions as soldiers I've assigned to my combat unit, but I don't know if playing as a specific soldier helps them level up their skills.
Is there a list of all the emblem names (not just the codenames but the names you get by capturing outposts) anywhere?

Fuck, the ending was pretty terrible up until the very VERY end. That attention to detail. I liked MGSV. I got more than enough out of my ~$30, and it's very possibly my GOTY, but it has more issues than I'd like it to have. The VA was lacking. The way the story and gameplay interact works very well in the early game, then very badly in the endgame. A lot of plot-critical info is relegated to optional tapes, which really shouldn't happen. I wouldn't give it a 100/100.

Wandering Mother Base Soldiers Side Ops / Major Spoilers: [sp]Man, I didn't expect the last guy to use fucking Stealth Camo.[/sp] [sp]And I'm almost ashamed to admit it but that Paz cutscene for getting all the photos made me cry. I don't know why. I felt bad both for Paz when she broke down and exploded again and for Snake reaching for the butterfly of peace that was never there. Fucking hell I still have the lump in my throat.[/sp]
