I don't know about the assault rifle in particular but have you checked weapon customization? Usually if you have the suppressor unlocked for the lethal version you can equip it on the non-lethal one way earlier than through the stock setups

I'm pretty sure that Pequod is a helicopter callsign rather than a pilot name.
I would have taken the time to have like four people voice Pequod, I mean, he has like what, ten lines tops?
Looking at how my R&D team made stealth camo, I love how stealth camo is a prototype from 1964 to the 2000s
speaking of camo, I find it strange that while having all these camouflage uniforms (and boxes), Kojima didn't bother putting in a camo index

So I liked playing MGS4, mostly because of how bizarre the story is. Found out my local game store had a copy of MGS1. So I got it. I'm actually kinda excited to play it. Anything I should know before getting started or should I just jump right in?

For a while the sites header said "a ***** ****** game." Which matches hideo kojima. There's a lot of argy stuff floating around. Some silent Hill references. Some ZoE stuff. Some mgs stuff. The countdown also ends at 4:20 on 9/11 so I don't know why people are taking it seriously.

I am not sure if it was asked but anyone rip from game soudtrack from [sp]third ending, venom punching mirror [/sp] scene, i know it's a variation of a track [sp]Return[/sp] on OST but that specific version is no where to be found. FP Halp!

If people can try to put in FOV with a simple dll hook and a cfg file, i'm half-expecting someone to hook into the lua variables for the camo index to get them to display on-screen or something.

Holy crap, this is amazing. I just made it to [sp]Africa[/sp] and noticed that the enemy actually speaks correct [sp]Afrikaans, which is very similar to Dutch[/sp].
I can actually understand what they are saying. I don't actually need an interpreter :V

Let me know when someone finds a way to completely disable [sp]Riot-gear enemies, there's so many in every base in the post-game, and the only way to take them down is CQC or special Bionic arm types.[/sp] They suck the fun right out of any infiltration IMO.

Combat Ops and target the riot gears. The deployment of the riot gears will go down eventually. Also do some missions sneaky without shooting too many people.
