Arcane doors require a fair bit of research and not everyone actually likes doing Thaumcraft (this is even as coming from someone who does enjoy it)

Mainly because of the random factor when researching which occasionally decides to take an entire stack of items without giving you even 1% in research progress- I'd almost like to suggest giving away the arcane doors research at spawn. It'd still require research to actually use because you need the Adept wand and the infusion altar to make it, iirc

Ask the Thaumaturges Guild to make one for you, put them to use.

Just saying it would take you probably an hour to make that power suit again, I died many times and had to remake a fully upgraded power suit. It's not that bad as you would think. I think your over-reacting a bit over a few lost items, you should come back and try to re-make your powersuit.
Not to mention, you didn't even make it, crimson gave it to you lol

While I appreciate the sentiment, That was just one of the reasons for my decision. I have also had repeated issues with a certain admin's "Holier than Thou" attitude towards players (He even banned my friend spontaneously, calling it a "Joke").
Don't get me wrong, I had lots of fun here, and I definitely appreciate the work of the rest of the staff.

Actually I found bringing TNT into a labyrinth and researching the floor/walls material is a great way to get them quickly.

Speaking of which, is it just me or does the voltage slider not actually do anything? 500mCreeper causes an explosion significantly smaller than a normal creeper and it can't even destroy stone, only dirt
Creeper explosions aren't that powerful so I can see one half as powerful wouldn't break stone.

Really, if you encounter an admin acting like that, it's more than likely just a joke :v:
Happens all the time, ever since the server was conceived in fact, part of the reason why we can maintain a good mood between players and server staff is because they aren't always cold hearted ban-hammers. ( that title goes to me :v: )

I dunno, there was that time when dot went Ban Hammer mad on the Swedish greifers. That was a scary time.

I'm getting the Socket Loss, "Server dropped connection" or similar. I'll post the exact error later.
I went and played some 1.5.1 (losing redpower sucked until I rediscovered logistics pipes.. although I suppose I could use applied energistics too) for a week and now I can't log in due to missing mods even after reinstalling ultimate.
Edit: Actually I'm discovering that even when I install 1.0.1 I'm getting newer versions of the mods it says I'm "missing" than the server has. I think either someone on the FTB team accidentally made both of the options download 1.0.2 or I'm experiencing a freak accident multiple times in a row.

Humblewiki image fix should come sometime tommorow, will fix the thumbing errors, image uploading errors and some problems with security regarding those errors. It will also be moved to the new VPS.
New ultimate version this week according to there newspost.
I got told that there were talks of a map reset once the new version is out, but I can't find anything on this thread. So I'm wondering if it's true or not?
