Is it possible to disable dig for like anyone who isn't a Regular?
In personal experience, regulars sometimes break rules too, and in 100% of those cases I experienced they used a method where log-block could not detect how they were digging or stealing things, only by chance do we usually figure those ones out.
I guess the only option we have is to disable Dig and see if it works?

How would people feel about enabling finite water? There's plenty of ways to get infinite water through various machines and it would help a lot with emptying lakes, making under water bases and various other things involving water.
There's also plenty of not-expensive ways to pump out water quickly, such as sponges added by OpenBlocks, or the sigil from Blood Magic that creates a sphere around you that liquid can't inhabit.

I do think it'd be a better idea not to do so for what Jetamo said.
Yeah, if that wasn't clear, I'm against finite water.
Pretty sure finite water puts a ton of work on the server load.
Pretty sure finite water puts a ton of work on the server load.
Not that kind of finite water, it's just a tweak so water behaves like lava.
Not that kind of finite water, it's just a tweak so water behaves like lava.
Aaaaand lava causes tons of lag as it flows, so.
Aaaaand lava causes tons of lag as it flows, so.
That could be because everyone is literally sucking the nether of all its' lava.
Ok tell me what are those machines which generates infinite water?turbine and big reactor needs shit ton of water to run.

[editline]20th June 2014[/editline] Oh wait, those are Aqueous accumulators from Thermal Expansion!
I think we're fine with normal water because of sponges and other tools can be used for people who wish to build underwater bases.
That could be because everyone is literally sucking the nether of all its' lava.
With the Crucible from Ex Nihilo, you can turn cobblestone into lava and pump that out. It provides a bucket's worth of lava. Now, bear in mind how little lava is needed in the igneous extruder along with water to generate cobblestone.
How do you people even run these things, I have a computer that can run most high-end games at decent settings and I can barely run Yogscast Complete
Personally I tossed in the latest version of Optifine into the mix.

My laptop that can barely run far cry 3 can run it just fine, though I once had problem because minecraft was using my crappy integrated GPU.
Any ETA yet :v:
Hopefully I get my new computer set up in time
Any ETA yet :v:
It seems to me a bit disorganized from reading this thread, which kinda slows things down. I am not sure who is taking the task of setting up the server, but you should make sure that any configs/mods that needs tweaking should be communicated clearly as it seems some of you know quite a bit about this.
Lain has been setting up the configs on a test server, as well as all the plugins etc required, and as far as I can tell it seems to be going okay? Map generates correctly, using BoP, AM2 flowers are spawning.
There's a pretty huge bug with Witchery that I found while playing on another server. Turns out poppets, when used in conjunction with the dream dimension it adds, will cause a massive server crash/corruption.
How's the greatest server this side of the galaxy shaping up?
aaaaa I want to get started with building shit again.
I ended up playing Agrarian Skys, but it is lonely.
Well, this seems to have stalled already. New record?
Well, this seems to have stalled already. New record?
It hasn't exactly stalled because it hasn't even started yet.
Well, as it turns out, Fairy Fountains are a mountain of lag in DartCraft. It's possible it'll -have- to be disabled along with DartPatch. There's also the added fact it's more or less a heavily unoptimized Zelda-wannabe mod that causes a lot of lag, especially with time torches.
