You'll also be happy to know the i've pushed an update to the server that fixes a lot of the bugs you encountered, as well as adding some fixes to "shortcomings". Animal hide can now be crafted into new clothing, organs can be processed into food and a bunch of general QoL fixes.

The detective can just choke the assistant and place him on that table to the left, and then the assistant can do the same with him.

I'm almost entirely sure the detective would not be able to interact with the tile the assistant is in at all. With the way the game treats pushables like water tanks and the mime statues, he wouldn't be able to 'cut the corner' to access it or grab the assistant. Even if the assistant rested, the det could pull the cart but not move it onto his tile.

Yeah, diagonal tiles are only accessible when at least one of the adjacent tiles is free.

After noticing that a lot of players seemed to get lost in DragonRoll, I've now added an extensive "Tip" system, every few minutes the game will give you a little tip on how to do things. I've also whipped up a controls chart and added a hotlink to it onto the client. If anyone was having difficulties grasping how to play, it should be significantly easier now.

I'll always say this to those bastards: If you so desperately want to jerk off to another man's text, go to Omegle. If you want to play SS13, play SS13. Don't do both. Every single time I've seen this allowed, it has lead to ERP cliques and people being banned for arresting or killing them when they do it instead of doing their jobs. The one and only good thing to come out of this is that it will make /tg/ such a more viable bombing target.

I dunno about you guys, but I'd allow ERP just because it allows for hilarious admin things to happen.
