I can't play on goon. It's too much of a clusterfuck with different controls and shit. No organization either.
Well that last round pushed me over the edge, no more hippie for a while. Ill give goon a try. The admins on hippie are as much greytiders as some actual players are. Its a nuke ops round and the admins decide to make it an alien round as well, ok , that's perfectly fine. Then they recall the shuttle will 2 minutes left and start talking about sending in a kawaii squid squad (what?) and then just shitting out blobs.
I then ask the admins "what the fuck are you guys doing?" Ones response is "your mom" followed by "top kek"

It started off well imo, ever since that whole big incident where the server split the server quality seems to have declined.

Just going to briefly point out that this is being resolved internally.
I just end up disabling the ooc chat if things gets too shitty and /b/ in there, but I haven't actually experienced admins shitting on rounds tho
Not sure what's going on with Lawli. Still have him on Steam and he's pretty active but he's dealing with some heavy shit so I'm not sure what's going on with the administration and I don't want to bother him about it.

To be honest, by Facepunch standard Hippie Station had an amazing run but I think it's run its course for now. I think it would need a revamp and a change of name.

Considering the station gets put into blue alert automatically at the start, I'm pretty sure random searches are permitted
Blue alert means that you can search people IF YOU HAVE A GOOD REASON

Security can search you at their own choosing at Blue. Red = immediate arrest for people deemed threats to the station. Delta = death if orders from heads/security not followed

If I'm security or the AI I always make it a secondary priority to get those in perma to escape or a pod because I imagine there would some sort of protocol for that in actuality.
But yea I agree it sucks to get randomly searched by Urist Mcsecurity and thrown into the gibber but I always make it a rule to watch what I'm carrying while running around heavily populated areas because at any point some shithead assistant can just accidentally discover you're a traitor by stripping you/picking your pocket.
