Space Station 13 v11 - Admiral Hippie does bad videos - Games

Anybody joined Lifeweb today? Is that REGRETS2016.zip thing it wants me to download safe? A 150mb zip file feels pretty unusual for an update.

Each time the server starts up you'll have to download regrets2016.zip. Go for it, it won't bite.

Question to the resident SS13 mappers here, which room/area do you usually or would you start off first when designing a station from scratch?

Had an interesting round on Hippie (or was it TG?) a couple days ago. I was the warden and found myself approached by a revenant. A couple minutes of back and forth communication with the ghostly life-eating being we came to a mutual agreement. I offer him the souls of prisoners deemed worthy of execution, and he remains not only benevolent towards the crew, but also acts as the security team's other-worldly hand on the station. Holy shit, you want to talk about a powerful combo? Revenant not only helps us track and capture fugitives, along with acting as our eyes and ears everywhere, but also defends the security force, and in return we execute those deemed worthy and offer the life-force to it. Hell, even the HoS got in on it and made it official. This was all good and dandy for a while, but I must admit we started to get a tad carried away. It came to a point where it was less "Oh, well, we were going to perma-brig or execute you anyways for trying to bomb everyone" and more "Oh, what's that, you're a faceless assistant who stepped on the captain's toes once? Time to get your skull bashed in by a stunstick." Sort of a shitty thing to do, but insort of a grey-zone with the rules (especially seeing as how revenant is an admin event I think?). I must admit though, turning the brig into an unholy concentration camp of revenant-worshipping enforcers was good fun.

holy shit what, Lifeweb is insane I spawned as a Skinless in the caves and managed to kill the guys we were ambushing, unfortunately I was the only survivor with a very minor damage. so I went on and saw some random migrant tossing around, so I fractured both of his legs and both of his arms. had a lot of fun with him, practiced what you could do to others, and eventually I got bored so I ripped off all four of his limbs off clean with my hands and at that point I figured he would never survive due to blood loss. during all of this he was saying all sorts of stuff which I had no clue what meant since I was a Skinless, but either way, at the end I just took his axe and cut his head off this is so much fun, it's so detailed and you can do so much

Lifeweb is open how do I join. I don't know the IP and I think some of them might be fake/deprecated aka I don't want to go to the r/ss13 ugghghghgh. On another note, if the soulbreakers caught you, you should be able to respawn right away.

Oho shit, I spent my first round on Lifeweb. Dinked around as Merchant. Then got pulled off, interrogated, and baptized after giving up the names of the Thanati. Nice.

The little block out of the Inquisition area is to mark the Portal that I've never seen actually do anything. The stuff between the courtyard and the court(Throne room, technically) is the staircase up and what roughly equates to ramparts before the actual door. The empty area by the houses on the right is just a big empty area with a pipe running through it. I probably should have marked down exits/entrances, but whatever. Only covers upper town, I tried to do lowtown but then I realized I don't even know the layout of lowtown all that well, so I left it out.

How do I make anything better than bad quality when smithing?

I don't know when to stop hammering, though; iirc it gives blue text instead of red sometimes, I would assume that means you can quench it and it'll be not-bad.
