I think the way they administrate makes up for it though. They do an excellent job of keeping the chucklefucks at bay.
Honestly once you get past the fact that some of the more powerful stuff is secret, it's probably the most enjoyable server to play on.
Plus, there isn't THAT much stuff that's secret.

Having them secret does promote secret club mindsets... I kinda wish they were just hard to make by way of raw difficulty as opposed to [I]"U heve 2 fin out urslef!"[/I] because all it means is only a handful of people can muck around wit these secret chems as opposed to the handful of traitors in any given round.
Incidentally I had fun as a tator clown on hippie today.
Disregarded objectives, went straight to the hidden botany bay and made some max potency bananas and watermelons.
Max potency watermelons give the most Biomass for the bigenerator, the Biogenerator can make plant bags, plant bags can hold 50 of any plant and fit in your backpack... this includes banana skins.
I had over 130 potency 100 bananas in there so I bought me a tator poison kit, ate a few 'nanas and injected random mixes of poison into the rest and scattered them among the peels.
It took five mins for the radio to go from "YAAAY FREE BANANAS! BEST CLOWN EVER!" to "DEAR GOD, THAT CLOWN FUCKING KILLED ME WITH INTROPIDRIL! FUCKING GET HIM!" I ran a merry chase around the halls as y banana victims clutched their chests and fell over... but I got caught in the end, falling afoul of my own banana peel. I was cuffed and dragged to the brig where my toxins kit was found along with an Emag (I had intended to break into tech store and steal the AI upload card to subvert it... or just leave the upload and a hacked module in the central hallway and let whatever happens happen.)
I had 10TC and requested that if i am to die, it is by a banana with EVERY poison in it... or send me to the permabrig with just one banana so that I might grow max potency bananas for everyone. Alas they chose to let me fall on my own banana and I died due to Initropidril... a little while later the man who captured my dragged my corpse into maint and raised me as a skeleton... but I had to go do some IRL stuff, which was a shame.
So is anyone else having trouble connecting to lifeweb? I can't seem to get on atm.
I'm not able to connect to the servers either. I don't think they're up for whatever reason, don't they usually open the servers during Friday? it's Saturday now

Click the period. The server status for all 3 is listed up top, and you can hover over it to see the IP.

I thought that was it, but nooo, he gave me a task to kill some fish things and get them to him. then he did some surgery on me, put the organs in and whaaaaat, I turned into a HULK? nothing could kill me, I went on a literal rampage in uptown. so many bullets, so many swords, I didn't care since it didn't even scratch me. I ate so many heads, killed so many people, and no one managed to stop me. on the Charon, someone had a last ditch effort of suicide bombing me. what happened? I just lost one hand, no big deal. holy shit, I was literally unkillable with super human strength. one punch was pretty much enough to kill people

I have no idea what he did as he opened me up and literally killed me for a second. I know that he embalmed my entire body then put me on a sigil, I assume that's what kept me from rotting. was some thanati stuff. I don't really understand what he did to be able to speak to me and understand me or what he did to make sure I could still use items, but it was pretty cool.

Basically it was normal and suddenly a ton of people got antag roles to escape on the shuttle alone with swords that could spawn copies of yourself
Though they were player controlled so mine just instantly killed me for no reason

Reminds me of that abductor round where I was the Research Director. The shuttle was called before the abductors were able to complete their objectives, I can may add that all of them were killed. But the abductees were left remaining on the station with objectives that made no sense. Once they got on the shuttle and I took the run inside the escape shuttle's bridge with a stun revolver strapped on me. I soon realised after the shuttle took off that half of the escaping crew were abductees (technically an 100% antagonist role), they begun on jump on each other. Turning the escape shuttle on transit to a mobile gladiator arena on transit.

I had to pacify them with my stun revolver and was able to negotiate them to keep it peaceful until we dock with Central Command. That part of the chaos was perhaps one of the best acts I did.

The multiverse sword was originally removed from the wizard's arsenal because you'd end up with an army of antags trying to hijack the shuttle. Imagine clones of George Melons working together to kill everything with a weird ass katana that is also duplicated when used, meaning every clone can make more clones.
Then we reverted a month's worth of changes.
Couldn't the guy who made the shit create a var that checks if someone's a clone and prevent them from being cloned by the sword
