All sprites are 32x32, here's a reference for which areas in hand they should be placed and what parts should be visible.

Cargonia is ok as long as its not -every- single round and you actually have a reason for it.
The problem with doing it is, your basically presenting security with an antag situation without actually being one, if theres a reason for it like the captain passing some stupid laws or the QM actually being an antag I see it as fair game but if you just do it for no reason all it does is piss everyone but yourselfes off and either cause everyone in cargo to be executed and thus lose the stations supplying ability (because who the fuck is going to change jobs to that most rounds) or sec gets so busy dealing with cargo that the real antags just get an ez greentext.
As above, if theres a legit reason to do it then its an IC issue but if your just arming yourselfes because fuck why not thats not "ss13's chaotic nature" thats just you guys being shitters and asking to get admin intervention, it might be fun for you but its damn annoying for almost everyone else.
Imagine if every round engineering just went "nah soz were now engingonia" and stopped providing the entire station with power because "fuck why not", you'd have to be an idiot not to realize that this is going to get admin attention.
