Idea for a random event. This plays [video=youtube;SA8jq55UApw]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SA8jq55UApw[/video] Station goes dark and glowing fun clown statues are spawned around the station. There is one clown that can spawn, has some strong but not unbeatable powers to kill people. Uses stealth to blend in with statues. After the song ends the clowns all disappear for a while, not sure what the user clown would do in the meantime though.

The higher detail makes it possible to have a lot more detail in the sprites, but it also means that it will be significantly harder for servers to generate custom content. If the characters are animated, you probably wont see many servers with clothes and costumes outside of the default package.

Current results of fucking around with the code: -VERY buggy, though this is to be expected. -A large amount of the code has been designed to be very modular, for instance a lot of variables about starting jobs and the like are stored in XML files. -On the other hand things like input are for some reason very hard to modify, and I have yet to locate any sort of proper link between the keybinding XML and the functions themselves. -As mentioned before on person sprites are generated from a seperate program, but along with this is another program that compiles all other assets, meaning that changing one sprite can mean waiting the 5 mins it takes to completely rebuild the ResourcePack. -All systems outside very basic mechanics are either unfinished and littered with commented out code, or have a very bare bones framework. This isn't going to be easy, I wouldn't expect anything even resembling SS13 for a good long while. EDIT: I've been retarded, input is actually easier than I thought.

So I've decided to do a tenure of playing Security on Hippie, and at times being terrible a fuck IE (I've left some people to die so, so far not bad.) Fun interaction with an assistant trying to push me down, I told him, "To the boxing ring motherfucker." ending up boxing him down for the great justice of respect. Luckily nobody on Hippie seems to have a murder bone to piss of security players because I've only had one or two interactions of people being dicks to sec.

Mining is garbage work now. Before it was dumb because of all the redemption rewards being useless, but now there's not even Goliath plates. Plus banananium and everything else is so easy to get AND you start with a Ripley. The miner just exists to make getting mechs take a little longer. IMO it should be reworked into a PVE job, with the mining aspects being negligible.

Augging on SS13 has so much potential to be fun but hardly ever done. Like the research should be able to make job specific addon augs. Syringe arm - An empty syringe fingers Augmented Lungs - Able to perform CPR at a faster rate and heals more respiratory damage. [b]General[/b] Increased unarmed damage because you have metal arms. [b]Traitor/Illegal tech[/b] Arm blades - Acts like a changeling armblade pretty much, only obtainable by aug'd traitors Chainsaw arms - Because fuck everything that is holy

I've always felt that mining would be better if it was pulled in more to the regular life on the station. Stations where mining is connected to the main station appeal to me, mostly because it means that the entire crew can get involved in affairs there; engineers building and repairing features, medical staff responding to injured miners, sec going there to kill hiding rebels.

[B]General upgrades[/B]: [B]Powercell upgrade - [/B] Adds in an internal powercell that enables you to recharge various equipment like energy weapons to APCs. Steadily recharges as you move round, while being static causes it to slowly charge. [B]Oxygen Recycling -[/B] Basically your lungs are modified to work within airless environments, still requires you to wear an internal mask and does not protect against N20,Plasma,other gases other than no-oxygen. [B] Traitors[/B] [B]Energy Arm -[/B] Add on powercell mod and you'll be able to create an energy blade from you arm, do be warned. This will disable your ability to recharge when active and drains energy at a constant rate.
