I was permabanned for much worse circumstances (blew up the shuttle and killed like 30 people as a non-antag, then ban evaded) and they let me play again.

It's being blatantly racist/toxic for the sake of being racist/toxic. IMO those types of names should be changed immediately and further attempts at that nonsense from the player result in a ban. Names like that are literally only used as a way to evoke reactions from people and start trouble

What are the main differences of Goon vs Hippie? Both playerbase-wise and generally what's different with the code and if i'll have to get used to anything else, general warnings and knowledge and all that I'll probably have to try goon out once and step out of Hippie so

Codebase wise it's different from pretty much any other server, most departments function in different ways from other servers and the medical system is fairly unique. Also all the hotkeys are different.

Managed to walk into the HoP's office while the door was open and gave myself all access in plain sight of the HoP, assumed he was fine with it. Bust down a few walls, one being in the captain's quarters. Proceed to yakety-sax around with a sec officer who's shooting LITERALLY NOTHING but lasers at me. Note that since my hulk was due to a virus I got random superpowers and was totally stunnable for 90% of the chase. I get shot into crit, dragged to perma where he puts a straightjacket/blindfold/muzzle on me. Does some semblance of healing, and sticks me in a cell. Note that while all this was happening literally no words came out of his mouth. I adminhelp, pretty pissed off as would anyone be, since being stuck in a straightjacket, blindfold, and muzzle is essentially equivalent to being gibbed. So while I'm adminhelping, it takes about 5-10 minutes for the him to say "Yeah okay I'll make sure he removes it". Takes ANOTHER 10 minutes of me going "Hey I'm still stuck here" for him to say "He's dealing with IC shit right now." A side note, the admin basically didn't do anything because "It's lightRP and his decision to do that was an IC issue.", so I basically said I'm just going to get revenge and kill the fucker when I bust out, escalation, IC issue, right? So I did, I guess he was an admin buttbuddy or something, since you can just shoot anyone into crit as long as you see them do anything remotely wrong. PS LightRP is the dumbest fucking thing ever and basically gives the admins a 100% foolproof excuse to not deal with shit by going "lol IC issue deal with it" [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] Also before all the people come out and say "But he healed you! You didn't have to kill him!", the only reason I didn't die was because my virus kept me alive. Such a virus has no apparent outward symptoms. If I didn't have a virus on me or I had succumb'd, I'd be dead and he probably wouldn't clone me, or get away with it while an admin does nothing but say "I'll tell him to clone you but it's an IC issue". The outcome wouldn't have changed at all. LightRP is cancer.
