This is the worst brawl yet, it's even worse than the banana brawl where everyone played tempo mage.
This is just a restricted version of ladder with different classes SMOrcing you.
Nah, there were plenty of worse brawls so far. At least this one gives you an option to try out decks you haven't played yet, instead of being all about RNG bullshit. But it pisses me off that the decks are built like just slightly shittier versions of ladder decks, as if it intentionally wants to force you into having a hand of bad cards.
Idk I'm having fun with this brawl. I like playing with the Rogue and hunter mostly because of N'zoth and I can't craft him yet.
I actually like this brawl because I can finally use Yogg before the end of a match, is fun seeing all those spells and how likely you will end killing yourself for fun.
It's going to be so difficult for me to not just instantly disenchant Moroes on Thursday
I know it's probably a bad idea to DE adventure cards before they rotate out of standard but I still have so many cards left to complete my collection
Can anyone make a case for Moroes or will I be justified in getting rid of him immediately?
I think it's worth keeping him around if only because he does have some amount of potential. The real thing holding him back is Warrior and Ravaging Ghoul which both might decline a bit now that Druid is looking a lot stronger. And he can work in decks from Steward Aggro Paladin, Token Druid, Zoolock with that 1 Drop that can gain +4 / +4. I know it looks weak on the surface but that's mostly just because Ravaging Ghoul is such a top threat.

I love this Brawl; I don't get to play any of these decks because I don't have the legendaries or class epics so it's a fun change of pace from just playing Hunter, Mage and Druid all the dang time.
This brawl would have been cool if it was right after WotOG's release (or right before, like the TGT brawl). Not now when Karazhan is about to be released.
When is the Karazhan patch supposed to be released? I can't find an exact time or date anywhere, especially for EU.

15th, knowing Blizzard and their irrational hate for Europe.

First wing is up for NA
Medhivs prologue is pretty good. Those apprentices are pretty sick.
"Another teeeest!?"

I wonder if they'll do a tavern Brawl based on the chess event. Now THAT would be interesting.

Dragon shaman new meta.
Nothing amazing in the first wing for deck building
Fun fights though, I'm pretty optimistic for the actual adventure part of this adventure

played the intro
had fun filling my deck with the bullshit spells

whoops
I played around with Moroes in Paladin for a bit but I think the card has a natural home in token druid. It's fairly comparable to shade and innervating it out early can help you flood.
Really enjoying the expansion so far.
So, I've started working on my Beast Druid. Obviously it won't be complete until the Menagerie is released in two weeks
Innervate x2
Enchanted Raven x2
Druid of the Saber x2
Mark of Y'Sharrj x2
Wrath x2
Power of the Wild x1
Mounted Raptor x2
Druid of the Flame x2
Fandral Staghelm *
Savage Combatant x2
Savage Roar x2
Swipe x2
Druid of the Claw x2
Stranglethorn Tiger x2
Nourish x1
Menagerie Warden x2
Cenarius *
Any tips? Cenarius might be a little greedy, should I have Living Roots in addition to Ravens?

I dont really think moroes will see much play, he is easily countered by so many cards on round 3/4.

Druid tends to not really care about their Turn 3 because of Wild Growth, so he's there as a potential curve filler as well as a T1 innervate. If your opponent uses Fan/Conc/etc to just clear Moroes it's a pretty favorable outcome since it's an aoe that's not hitting your token spam.
I think he's a fine tool for the deck. Time will tell.
I've been using Moroes in a Zoolock deck with a lot of success, seeing three cards trigger effects from his summons is sweet.
I really want to play Dragon Paladin but I kinda need Netherspite and Nightbane that come out in the last 2 wings. A large part of me hates the staggered release.
Is it just me or is the Silverware Golem's AI terrible? It missed lethal on me twice because it would play all the buff cards AFTER attacking with the plates.
Also the Priest class challenge deck is Silence Priest with Purify. :downs:
Beat the heroic mirror with a mill deck.

As I thought, Moroes has been pretty underwhelming in Token Druid for me
For one mana more, Violet Teacher gives you all the 1/1s you could ask for AND they come out on your turn so you can do Soul of the Forest/Power of the Wild/whatever
Even if you get a lot of of value out of him he's just such a low impact card
Like, I had one game where he stayed up basically the entire game but because he only makes one token a turn and I still had to trade, he was pretty useless
I'll play more games with him but... He absolutely seems like the worse Imp Master that everyone was predicting
The triple Savage Roar dream!

Guys I'm so sick of this stupid combo, anytime I gain board against a warrior its either brawl, or protect the king bolster bolster.
I really want to know who the fuck actually works on this game so they can explain their thought process. Warrior gets yet ANOTHER cancer card as if the fuck weren't insufferable enough, and then on the opposite end Priest gets literal garbage.
Is 'Protect the King!' cancer now?
A super situational Unleash the Hounds, requiring your enemy to have a big scary board to even get any value out of it.
I really don't see it having any usefulness outside of soaking damage from a big Zoo board.
Then there's always the meme dream of Protect the King + Bolster
Also, Priest of the Feast is way better than I initially thought.
On the other hand, if you meant another card then I'm sorry :v:

so far protect the king bolster is stomping any mid range deck I play.

It's not "super situational" at all, the opponent only needs 2 or 3 minions for it to be extremely effective.
