Damn, you're right. I had like turn 6 lethals pretty much every time. I guess they try really hard to make these fights so easy even an idiot can pull it off. I expect a bit more of a challenge from heroic though.

So heroic crone just topdecked twisting nether on turn 8. You've got to be fucking kidding me. Is it rigged so you have to win before turn 8 or is the card just in the deck to fuck you over if you get unlucky?

I was all happy after dorothee respawned on 8 and I had a clear board to play everything on. But nope, they wouldn't want people to find clever ways of completing the challenge, you just have to do it the way it was intended.
arcane giant warrior is fucking amazing
basically you take the worgen decklist, take out of every worgen combo card(I kept charge and faceless, cutting a commanding shout. No worgen/2x inner rage)

You just draw through your entire deck then play a board of 0 mana 8-8's
Faceless + 1 charge gives you surprise lethals vs slower decks, against faster decks I just use the charge to trade minions in and stay alive.
Most of my games were against aggro so far, and I'm 6-0 with it.
So far my ill-conceived Reno N'Zoth Hunter has a technically positive winrate, 8-7
One of my losses was to Priest too
Priest is suddenly super scary for me as a Hunter, either Barnes gets the smol Sylvanas on turn 4 or they continuously bring back full health Injured Blademasters with Onyx Bishop
Priest of the Feast also seems to be putting in work
I dunno that any of this is gonna last, but Priest [I]does[/I] seem a little better with this adventure

I'm playing Barnes N'Zoth deck where the early game is completely spells, secrets and weapons so all the minions except N'Zoth (Barnes, 2x Twilight Summoner, Cairne, Thaurissan, 2x Highmane, Sylv, Rag) have great Barnes synergy. Since Yogg & Load Hunter uses 25 hunter spells it's really easy to fit 15 spells into Opera Hunter. If I had Y'shaarj I'd replace N'Zoth with it since N'Zoth feels too slow, Wobbling Runts could also be a good addition for the deck.
Crone on heroic, just use inner fire priest

So I've been playing with Combo Warrior and I am having a blast with it. I love the Commanding shout and Wild Pyromancer combo. Any other good combos with Wild Pyromancer?

yea, I can't figure out which version I like more
full giants where I just win with a giant ass board/through a 40 damage combo (faceless + charge + giant = 10 + 10 + 10 +10)
patron + giants, where I have 2 win conditions but no fun cards like Blood Warriors
or going the full OTK route, where I just run it like a worgen deck
All 3 decks are bullshit and fun, but at least it's not Barnes.
Decided to try the new tavern brawl with a friend to see how it works, this was the result:

It was tough, mostly because we didn't expected the later stages and wiped our strategies 2 times leaving us with little at the end. I still have to win in a public match to get the card pack, but I will probably pass this one.

If you don't vomit out minions, you can manipulate which minion bishop brings out
Today I have to get to 2 victories as Paladin, I got the first victory on the first try and I was feeling confident... Then Warrior happened, I got matched against like 6 of those and I wasn't sure if it was doing bad moves or RNG just not being on my side but I couldn't win one single one after that victory. Eventually I stopped trying and at the end at least I managed to help create this thing:

i picked tinkmaster which can be even worse
I've legitimately seen people run Tinkmaster in constructed [I]recently[/I] just as a janky, volatile silence, so maybe it's okay in Arena? Not as much in Arena that needs silenced though
tinkmaster is good in paladin decks because if it hits a dude it either makes him a 5-5, or keeps him a dude
if it hits a minion the worst result isnt awful as you have ways to negate a 5-5
