Imagine if mages had that legendary.
Actually, mages can't really combo it with anything. On a decent board, Hallazeal + elemental destruction = full heal.
something that would quite cool for rogue would be a card that gains you life at the end of your turn equal to the power of your weapon
something like this

recuperate in wow. could be like 2 mana combo: heal 2 hp for every card played this turn.
Is Blackrock Mountain still worth getting at this point? The cards seem key to a lot of decks.
We're getting dangerously close to BRM getting cycled out but I'd say so

That actually seems like a decent stopgap measure to make Arena a little better, although I hope they think of bigger things down the line
I will say, I feel like Warlock is on the verge of being a great Arena class and this update might make Gul'dan REALLY strong
Priest and Hunter are still going to be pretty bad I think, but other than that it should elevate Druid/Warlock/Shaman closer to everybody else (hopefully)

I kind of thought that it would be anti-fun as well, but then I looked at the actual list and it's like, you know, I might not actually care that I'll never see fucking Ogre Warmaul ever again in Arena
Besides, they kind of hint that this is a stopgap towards bigger changes later on, and it at least shows they're working on it
Now, if this is all they ever end up doing this is fucking stupid, obviously

That would make things completely worse, you'd never get to draft removal or board clears since decks with those would have the highest winrate, and then Arena would just [I]completely[/I] be about tempo and dropping the biggest minions you can. Removing problematic cards is certainly better, what's fun about having to draft and play with a shitty card?

Losing to opponent with no chance to prevent it is very anti-fun

It means any idea which improves the game in some sense but makes it less fun as a result
fewer cards (and fewer fringe cards in particular) means that matches will become more predictable and weird decks will no longer be possible. It's probably fine for arena but it's not a great direction to go in.

Been trying to make malchezaar work, so I came up with this weird cycle/control hybrid warrior:

Basically took most of the deck from the OTK warrior, just removed the combo, put in malchezaar, elise and the other most important legendaries. Also added brawl, shield slam and arcane giants because of all the spells. The idea was that all the card draw should make up for the inconsistent draws against aggro, and against control you can still choose to not draw cards and try to outlast them. Turns out the deck just sucks though, it's hard to even win games at rank 19. Like holy shit, Malchezaar is even worse than I thought.

Miracle Druid has been a thing for a while now actually. Its often called 'token druid' too because it uses all the token generation cards plus Yogg.
However, none of the versions I know of play Moonfire. That's probably a Malygos Druid.

Thoughts on the Karazhan Legendaries in general?
I haven't gotten to play with Malchezaar or Medivh yet, but:
1. Barnes is obviously insane, works well in Midrange, Control, and Combo decks in just about every class
2. Moroes is pretty bad it seems. Like, he's [I]functional[/I], but so low-impact that he doesn't matter
3. The Curator seems okay? A little bit of card draw and a taunt for slower decks is alright, though he's nothing special and will probably end up dropped from most optimized Karazhan decks

Finally got a legendary card (And 4 cards that I already have). Isn't Yogg but at least I got something, too bad I don't find me using that card. Meanwhile:

I keep getting the same cards that I already have like 5 times and I'm still missing a lot of them. What am I supposed to do with 1625 of dust? I want Yogg not dust, I can't summon dust in the battlefield... Unless.

He seems like he'd actually be really good in a slapped together midrange-y Warrior even if you don't have many Warrior cards

this is kinda saddening in a way
things like inner fire and lightwell weren't [I]too[/I] awful in the arena setting, and could be used for some gimmick stuff
but my main problem is - cards like starving buzzard and shadowbomber aren't played in constructed and can no longer be played in arena; it'd be nice if blizzard actually addressed [I]why[/I] that was rather than just saying "there must always be bad cards" now that these cards will [I]​literally see no play[/I]
