Anderonie got a pretty interesting card tho.
(If it's translated correctly, that is.)
Faceless Shambler
4m 1/1 Taunt, Battlecry: Copy the Health and Attack of a friendly minion.
Sounds nice actually, get a nice beefy minion, copy it's stats for 4 mana.
Also Piloted Golem has a nerf now.
Also apparently that creeper is fake
I think Shambler could possibly see some play in handlock, 4m 8/8 Taunt is pretty great.
Not all too bad to copy a Twilight Drake either.
Oh, and it works with temporary buffs like Abusive and Power Overwhelming!
I actually like this card quite a bit.
Also, it's gotta have a really pretty golden version with that purple swirl thingy.

I'm still not hopeful for Rogue cards. Blizz has really been uncaring for Rogue.
There was that old code in the game for Animated Armor that had the same effect and ability as Shambler. I wonder if that was just leftover experiments for what would become Shambler, or if they felt like holding the card back a set for some other reason.

Maybe it's because this set is playing with stats a little more? Like, for as good as a lot of the LoE cards are a lot of them had pretty low stats, so maybe they felt it didn't fit the themes of that set
Either way, neat card, unfortunately for the poor dustless peasants like me all the cards I'm actually interested in this set are epic and legendary:cry:
Steel Possesed armor copying stats also probably thematically made a little less sense than a sickly looking Faceless only being able to sort of copy its target.
Flavor yo.

I swear to god I've seen this before on a custom card site.

It was one of the scrapped card (with Animated Armor art) for LoE, we even discussed it here.
Someone on Reddit speculated that N'Zoth is based on 1/1 minion synergy because of N'Zoth's first mate and N'Zoth's Tentacle are both 1/1. Faceless Shambler technically being 1/1 kind of supports this idea.
My guess is 10 mana monster with C'thun-like huge battlecry that grows stronger as you play 1/1 minions. Or maybe a mega-hobgoblin, all your 1/1 minions gain +2/+2 and charge permanently.
Nice art, but the lore described is different now according to the new chronicles. It was Yogg who corrupted the Emerald dream initally for example - not N'Zoth.
Also, you can open that puzzle box. It is a very low chance to do it though.
Well, "open".
Lore wise it is unopenable unless you go mental from all the whispers you will hear.
Also yes, Aquatic Faceless Ones are the work of N'Zoth, so this Faceless Shambler is N'Zoth aligned. And it's a 1/1. Duh.
Wow, this week's brawl really is ridiculous. Whenever I get Rafaam I struggle to survive after turn 8 or so. It's pretty much impossible to keep clearing KT's board and I rope almost every turn trying to figure out the optimal play. Despite that, I still lose every single time. When I play as KT it's just an easy win.
I'd really like to see some stats after the brawl ends, I bet KT wins like 90% of the games.
Rafaam can easily win, you only need to learn what works against what. Your deck is filled with answers. You have the Hakkari Blood Goblet to neutraize Heigan, Gothik and one of Feugen / Stallag. Shard of Sulfuras + Flamestrike against Gluth and Anub'Rekhan. Coins to check for Counterspell, so your staff upgrade is intact.
Capitalize of your opponent's mistakes, for example playing Haunted Creeper of Mad Scientist will only make his Necromancy pool very, very weak. Gluth can give him crap such as Zombie Chow or Bloodmage Thalnos.
KT can get absurd starts, I'll give you that. But you can too.

I'm in the same boat. Never lost as KT, never won as Rafaam. Feels like a large portion of the time as Rafaam I have no plays at all before turn 4 and I'm forced to use my hero power and it gives me a Gurubashi or some shit.
i have higher winrate with rafaam than KT. most players don't seem to know how KT the hero power works and i get buttfucked by rafaams rng.

Well, this card is definitely broken as fuck in wild format.

N'Zoth fatigue Druid is the first thing I'm doing when the update hits.
Battlecry: Summon six I HAVE RETURNED
Move da fuck over Baron Rivendare, Deathrattle decks got a new Legend
Undercity Huckster looks like a Rogue card. It's okay I guess, might be useful in Deathrattle Rogue but not elsewhere.
N'Zoth is insane in Wild and mostly meh sounding in Standard. Needless to say even the thought of N'Zoth + Tirion is making me mad.
I could easily see N'Zoth summon Tirion, Cairne and Sylvanas in Control Paladin.
Might be enough to summon those two to see play :v:
On the one hand N'Zoth kinda explains why they thought doom was a good idea
But on the other this is just kind of a buff to Twisting Nether instead
Would a Raptor Rogue variation be too fast for Elise?

twisting nether is ass vs death rattles....at least in wild.
warlock needs a 10 mana "Silence and destroy all minions."
In standard, a control paladin getting a tirion and sylvannas would be easily dealt with by nether. If they add no more sticky minions, sure.

If you don't have an answer to Heigan you just lose the game
Why KT gets counterspell and loatheb I just don't know

I'm purely thinking in standard right now
I know N'Zoth probably isn't going to be as widely used in standard but I just want to make sure I've got counters in mind now just in case
Also, N'Zoth isn't going to be a great replacement for Baron Rivendare in standard Dreadsteed decks, huh? Dreadsteed decks still Wild only

N'Zoth will raise silenced Deathrattle minions, but not cards that were buffed with Deathrattle or transformed.

rip rouge lol almost had a viable deathrattle deck (i mean it kinda works but not hitting raptors really sucks)
with naxx leaving standard im not sure what class could make the best nozoth deck. first thought is druid for mounted raptor/aspirant i guess.
For N'Zoth, if more than 6 deathrattle minions have died, how is it decided which minions come back? Ordering or RNG?
N'Zoth embraces chaos, so the resurrected Deathrattle minions will be random.
Can you guys confirm whether they're class or neutrals. I assume N'zoth is neutral but I can't tell for Huckster.
Undercity Huckster is a Rogue card, while N'Zoth's corruption is available to all.
I can't even begin to imagine what goes through Brode's head when they continue to cater to Paladin's godcurve.
