This plus Hallazeal makes me think they really want Shamans to slow the fuck down I... Kind of want to make a Shaman deck this expansion and they've only revealed two Shaman cards Let's hope the rest aren't terrible?

My current main Shaman deck is already a totem deck, this card is going to be godsend. The biggest issue with totem deck is keeping your totems alive, a cheap 5/5 taunt is [B]REALLY[/B] good. Honestly the card is just top-tier material lol.

How the fuck did they print that Shaman card. It's insane. And the saddest (that's the word I wanted to use) thing design wise is Shaman actually needs such insane cards if it wants to be viable outside of aggro decks.

Well it's more that Blizzard just screwed up with Overload, and has to compensate for the classic set being shitty by releasing stronger-than average Shaman cards so that Shaman has even a chance to compete in the metagame as a whole. The comic definietly seems to fit in this scenario however, I'll give you that.

Miracle Rogue was cancer a thousand fold. Nothing Shaman can become will ever rival that horror. The only deck that can ever compete with that awfulness (and possibly was worse) was Hunter not too long ago.

Shaman isn't something I've been interested in playing much, until these recent card announcements. It's gonna be very refreshing playing both a new class AND new cards.

I've been playing Control Shaman for a long time and while fun to a certain degree, it's not really viable outside of lower ranks due to the lack of OP cards. Glad to see it might change soon.

Totem Golem, Tuskarr Totemic, Thing from Below, Master of Evolution, Fire Elemental, Hallazeal, Fireguard Destroyer, etc. If BGH gets nerfed maybe Earth Elemental might even be viable?
