For whatever reason the MG has piss-poor accuracy. It's nothing like DoD.
This game needs static Vickers/MG08
Guns in WW1 generally did have shit accuracy, I think for the German rifle you have to aim slightly left of the iron-sight and the British rifle is aiming in the middle. I can't aim for shit with the British MG because I have no idea which part of the iron-sight I am supposed to be focusing on - its easier to aim with the German MG though (you aim from the bottom of the sight).

It's a good thing. I quite like animations when they add a bit of wiggling. Wiggles can improve most things with some finesse.

Whenever I want to play a source mod it says "No steam authorization ticket" :C
when in doubt , delete everything except steam.exe and your steamapps folder
Zillmaster, delete your "userdata" folder in steam. Other trick is to delete your config folder but that way requires you to re download a lot when you restart steam. But deleting your userdata folder doesnt require you to restart steam or redownload anything.
It started getting really bad (Invalid ID Ticket) about 5 months when they came out with the TF2 hats. I think (not a tech guy, but it makes sense) that Steam believes your in a HL2 game and then also in a HL2 mod at the same time. Im not sure if thats what causes it or whatnot, but it doesnt matter, deleting the userdata folder works.
If you dont trust advice from a stranger on Facepunch which I cant blame you, test it out by first renaming or moving your userdata folder and then trying.
so for the custom models that I have in the works I'll be using dod:s heads with a minor texture reskin for the german and british
helmets are gone, gasmask are almost working but other than that I just need to convert them to the player model
