I just ran into a beached ship full of Norwegian raiders. Really cool to see Europeans. Are there any other non-Americans in the game, besides the[sp]robot with the French accent and the Chinese submarine?[/sp]
there's the British Mr Handy in Goodneighbor.
I've seen different factions/creatures fight other ones, but I haven't seen them fight each other before. [t]http://i.imgur.com/v4TJXHj.jpg[/t] Is this a Deathclaw exclusive thing?
I had it happen while i was chasing the [sp]crashed mothership[/sp] I was looking at the sky and I walked right into them. Bad times were had.
I'm pretty sure that's just more of a stylistic choice. It'd be really boring if every single character had the exact same blank accent.
You mean like... a Bethesda game?
[t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/579073168812142030/09A3585022DD4E55EAD87B9A509EDD76E97A20D6/[/t] Revolver Ocelot.
[t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/iaehi3no3mie2lv/2015-11-28_00001.jpg?dl=0[/t] Needs to be improved.
You mean like... a Bethesda game?
But FO4 is a bethesda game? What are you even trying to say?
Yeah they might be crazy nut jobs, but they know how to hack turrets and shit, meaning they can read the terminals. Hell some even input their own logs into them. Now granted, those raiders might have been members of society at first. But still it seems remarkably common in the game with the amount of raider entries in terminals.
In the game's world it's probably a common thing to use terminals or computers, even if you look at the perk table it let's you learn hacking with pretty low intelligence overall.
both the green tint in F3 and the orange tint in NV were awful if anything Fallout 4 graphics felt so fresh because it just removed this goddamn thing and stopped drowning the colors
A lot of people actually hated the green tints of Fallout 3, but I actually really liked them and thought it added to their artstyle and atmosphere. They went for a pretty gritty, realistic and depressing artstyle and I think they did an incredible job of following their concept art and emulating it pretty closely in the final product, it came all together pretty nicely in my opinion. Is the vault dweller's survival guide worth getting?
Talking about the NCR or being from the NCR is not a mention to new vegas in any sense Never heard anything about the Divide so far either
The [sp]Children of Atom[/sp] mention the Divide.
Is the vault dweller's survival guide worth getting?
Yes. It's well done, looks great, and comes with detailed maps of every interior.
Talking about the NCR or being from the NCR is not a mention to new vegas in any sense Never heard anything about the Divide so far either
kellogg also directly mentions the hub, for what it's worth.
The [sp]Children of Atom[/sp] mention the Divide.
The [sp]Children of Atom[/sp] mention the "Great Divide" [sp]which is essentially them wanting the world to be buggered over by nukes again, I guess the event would be similar to what Ulysses was preaching throughout Lonesome Road though[/sp]
Cool big leagues rank 5 halves melee damage instead of doubling it ???
Raiders.
[sp]If anything I found a Raider who wrote 'poetry'[/sp]
Cool big leagues rank 5 halves melee damage instead of doubling it ???
All of those types of perks do that apparently.
I don't care if people know about this or not, I'm sharing because I just learned of it. http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/fallout-4-how-create-gigantic-settlements-unlimited-building-size-1529278
Here is what you can do to overcome this size limit on your settlement: * Put any number of weapons (10 to 12 recommended) into the workbench inventory at the location you are planning to reduce the size of. * Grab all your guns and place them back into your character inventory. * Enter your inventory and drop all the guns you are using for this. * Go into workshop mode. * Move the cursor over a gun and tap the store button (B on Xbox One or O on PS4) and the gun will automatically return to the workshop inventory. When this happens, the size meter in the top-right corner of workshop mode should decrease slightly. * Repeat step 5 for all the guns you dropped until the size bar becomes empty. The catch here is that you can use the same guns to repeat this trick over and over.
It's so retarded yet it works.
Talking about the NCR or being from the NCR is not a mention to new vegas in any sense Never heard anything about the Divide so far either
Why would anyone mention the divide though ? It's literally a canyon lost in the middle of nowhere. Not much could have been mentioned about it or about what happened in it without making specific player choices canon which bethesda very likely wanted to avoid. There isn't really a whole lot of mentions of anything exclusive to new vegas that bethesda could have done without making it horribly shoehorned in and stupid.
kellogg also directly mentions the hub, for what it's worth.
Not a mention of NV though.
Holy fuck [sp]Lorenzo's Artifact[/sp] absolutely wrecks EVERYTHING with the right perks and upgrades. I just one-shotted a Super Mutant Warlord with it.
It's infinite pretty much, just remember the game had a limit for a reason.
That's because it's a console port, just like every other Bethesda game. My Sanctuary Hills has at least 6x as much stuff as the base game allows, and I haven't had a crash or any type of slowdown to note. Anyone should be able to just dump things all over their settlements until their hearts content from what I've experienced.
Holy fuck [sp]Lorenzo's Artifact[/sp] Absolutely wrecks EVERYTHING with the right perks and upgrades. I just one-shotted a Super Mutant Warlord with it.
I was hoping it would work like the fus roh dah shout in skyrim, sending them flying in a ragdoll.
I was hoping I'd get to keep the actual artifact and become a wizard
The [sp]Children of Atom[/sp] mention the "Great Divide" [sp]which is essentially them wanting the world to be buggered over by nukes again, I guess the event would be similar to what Ulysses was preaching throughout Lonesome Road though[/sp]
That's a different Divide. That's the belief that each of us shall give birth to a BILLION STARS formed from the mass of our WRETCHED and FILTHY bodies!
I mean, largely it has. Look at the Raiders. They far outnumber the remnants of intelligent, civilized society. Think about how many of them you kill to every one passive NPC you meet, it's probably like 5:1
Which doesn't really make any sense, who do they raid? They must get their food from somewhere. [editline]28th November 2015[/editline] then again two plants will feed a person apparently all year round so I dunno
All of those types of perks do that apparently.
Gunslinger seems to work fine for me.
Where? This seems way better than Kellog's gun.
Got it off a legendary withered feral ghoul at the Jamaica Plain.
