I actually ran in and died the first time because I tried to talk to the raiders.
I walked in and saw shit worth stealing, so I started sneaking around, thankfully. Announcer points out that I'm there, I'm like "ah fuck, better reload my quicksave" and then I noticed that they were all labeled "raider" and realized that it didn't fucking matter because Bethesda thought just throwing raiders into what's essentially a functioning businessplace was a good idea. It's actually really fucking annoying to me that all groups of raiders are on the same side like they've got a business agreement or some shit, but I walk in and they all start shooting at me without even checking out who I am? Maybe I'd care less if 70% of this game's population wasn't just raiders, but holy fuck is it annoying. As much as I want to enjoy FO4, I've actually just completely ignored it all thanksgiving break. I played some Black Ops 3, I played some GMod, I played some CS:S, I played some Black Ops 1, hell, right now I'm playing Halo 1, because when I think back to where I was in Fallout 4, I remember that I needed copper to make wire for the [sp]teleport into the Institute[/sp], and that requires me to go into the city or something, which is filled to the brim with more fucking raiders that respawn Far Cry 2 style. I eagerly await Obsidian's next Fallout, because FO4 isn't cutting it for me. This is coming from someone who went from Oblivion to Skyrim and considers it a huge improvement in every way.
Do unoccupied power armor frames respawn? I think that one with the distress beacon in the glowing sea did. I think it just takes a long time for them to respawn.
If you haven't taken them, no. If you have - the frame alone will respawn.
If you haven't taken them, no. If you have - the frame alone will respawn.
that's weird. The frame and some raider armor respawned in the one in the[sp] cave[/sp] in the glowing sea.
that's weird. The frame and some raider armor respawned in the one in the[sp] cave[/sp] in the glowing sea.
I could be wrong, I read that on reddit so who knows how accurate it is.
[sp]liberty prime is just a fun way to end the institute, I just cracked up when be stops to salute the bunker hill memorial memorial[/sp]
Biggest let down in the world with [sp]how short that sequence is. Especially on the institute ending[/sp]
Oh god satisfying all those weapons was relieving. However, institute pistols (I had 20 of them!!) only gave me plastic and steel or smth. :I
is it possible to get the bandolier off the heavy leather chestpiece? through in-game modding, that is.

Explosive combat shotgun makes synths just fall to pieces
Ah, I will now scrap +350 pounds of laser and other weaponry that I had stashed for this moment (Scrapper rank two) Currently 751/360 my carrying capacity.
Does Scrapper 2 actually give anything useful compared to Scrapper 1? Last I checked it would only give me like one fiber optic for an auto laser rifle or one nuclear material for a fatman. Was underwhelming enough for me to go about selling the weapons I kept in anticipation for it.
Also fun fact about settlement functions, everything that you said is actually explained in the game. [sp]Only problem is that you have to have a little bit of curiosity to find it for yourself, it's in the "help" section at the pause menu. I legit highly recommend reading through that, it explains almost every single game mechanic in detail.[/sp] Oh, on a completely unrelated note, if you're having trouble finding skill magazines in the wash of keys and un-droppable items, sort your "misc" tab by value. All useful mags are worth ~100, so they'll be right at the top if you have any. Useful for dumping them all into a stand, especially when you can't remember if you've found any whist spamming "take" at every location. :v:
Why did you spoiler tag that. That was the least risky risky click I've had all day.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/BxkZh60.jpg[/t] its like the war never happened
There's something off about that. Maybe the ground. Cool. [t]http://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/1151/images/3232-10-1448741332.jpg[/t] http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3232/?
Looks like I am heading to Gamestop.
They're limited run collector things apparently.

I really don't like the orange ones, they clash a bit too badly. [t]http://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/1151/images/3232-10-1448741332.jpg[/t]

I think the duller houses look better, them being super bright looks kinda nasty
They're limited run collector things apparently.
When did they come out and how much do they cost? I won't be able to get near a gamestop for another 2 days.
My game has for some reason decided to get stuck at loading screens about 50% of the time. Makes you try harder to stay alive knowing that you'll probably crash the game if you die.
Are institute rifles better than the laser rifle, I played through with the one danse gives you and it never lacked for damage
Jesus christ, MacCready's companion perk is so OP. Surely that's a bug. I honestly hope it gets fixed, because now the game is way too easy.
Are institute rifles better than the laser rifle
by default, no
Looks like the [sp]X-01 Mk. 3 set[/sp]is a guaranteed spawn in [sp]35 Court[/sp], as long as your level is high enough to [sp]defeat both (Legendary) Assaultron and Sentry Bot.[/sp]
I think the duller houses look better, them being super bright looks kinda nasty
I don't really want to use that, but I kinda wanted to screw around with it anyway :v: It's kinda buggy though.

I went there at 32 and [sp]the X-01 Mk. 2 was there[/sp] and I've heard of [sp]people getting a T-60 set[/sp] at lower levels as well.
ugh shaun (end of MQ spoilers) [sp]i've just gotten baby synth shaun and i accidentally sent him to the wrong settlement. i'd really prefer to send him to home plate in diamond city (and dog meat also) but apparently that's not fucking allowed. anyway i'd love to move him to a different settlement if possible, or preferably even to home plate[/sp]
I seriously wish they had more [sp]fiddle tracks on Radio Freedom[/sp] Also really hoping mod support takes off soon.
I seriously wish they had more [sp]fiddle tracks on Radio Freedom[/sp] Also really hoping mod support takes off soon.
how long did it take for Skyrim's tools to be released? i can't remember
how long did it take for Skyrim's tools to be released? i can't remember
Skyrim was released in November, the Creation Kit was in February. I would expect the same or greater delay with Fallout 4.
