intimidation level 1 definitely wasn't worth the points. okay, he's got his hands raised. Can I rob him? No. So, it's just a way to get a guy to stop shooting me, then get close and kill him. Like that isn't already easy.
I don't know, did you ever intimidate people in power armor? It's hilarious.
Dullest fucking character.
Wish there was a quest to backstab him somehow. But wouldn't want the player to be evil or anything.
You can always tell him to fuck off with the "we need you" bullshit when he tries to get you in the minutemen, and then leave to never see his stupid face ever again.
It's what I did :v:

I ended up going with level 1 and then level 2 and then I made the mistake of going with level 3 which means I HAVE to give them commands.
I just want to from a distance go "Don't move... now go suicidal, thx" and then run away. But you can't do that.
finally... a companion that likes me for stealing things (maccready).
Does any one know the levels required for the Cambridge Labs quest to spawn a T-51b Piezonucleic power armor chest piece? Because despite being level 35 I'm still getting T-45. :unimpressed:
Started a melee character. Got to level 13, and its starting to bore me. Think I might start over again and try for a proper sneak/vats build.
Just finished the main story. Little disappointed but I still think this is my favorite Fallout. Even if the story tanks the gameplay improvements are that significant.
Are there post main-quest specific content/quests? Besides the infinite ones.

You need blitz perk for melee to be god tier
You need blitz perk for melee to be god tier
Once you get Blitz and a decent melee weapon you're pretty much unstoppable.
Also I find it fucked up that a serrated switchblade does more damage than a heated supersledge.
I've mained Rifleman but I think I want to skill into Blacksmith/Big Leagues because shotguns are a boring alternative for when things start to get in my face.
How much does Str really effect Melee damage? Is 4 Str passable for melee?

Actually turns out my Piezonucleic chest piece is somehow set to T-45 despite not ever setting foot anywhere near or ever going in Cambridge polymer labs, I did however get given it's location by the Eyebot, perhaps that somehow fucked up the spawning, might be a bug.
Does anyone per chance have the ID for the T-51 version?
Maxed Commando + Rank 3 Bloody mess + maxed Lone wanderer + Fully upgraded Automatic assault rifle = fukken incredible. Believe me, this thing is so fucking strong, and I don't even have the listed perks maxed, except for Lone wanderer for that sweet +25%. Get that shit brah. +140% damage with guns? Sign me the fuck up.
Why is it possible for NPCs to do this animation?

It makes no sense.

building shit on spectacle island
Every time I try to line up something to place down an npc comes and uses the fucking thing.

This time I think I broke MacCready though, as he keeps on doing it every where now. He was prepairing meat on a power armors dick when I left camp.

That doesn't explain why they didn't prevent NPCs from doing the animation.
Is there any way to force a character into conversation? Its pissing me off that the main quest can't continue until I talk to a character that's just shitting out 1 liners and not talking properly
"oh hey, I need to talk to you about something"
"Yea-" walks off.
Beth, please.
edit: I just realised you can steal power armour parts from the pydwyn by going into the power armour station and unequiping the parts.

Sole Survivor got the moves.
Me too. It was only a matter of time.
But then again, that's in early stage, and dismissing companions requires targeting them in console and using a command.
Plus, I can't even name 3 companions that I'd want with me. But with custom companions, or generally with more companions, it would work.
Like in Skyrim, I had normal/default Orc companions following me, plus I also had custom Orc companions from Nexus, to form a roving Orc gang.
So, you're definitely gonna need some custom companion packs, or do you think the current range of default companions is anywhere near enough? Like, I think they're too good to be dressed as slaves and armed with crude melee weaponry for your amusement.
4 is currently my least favorite selection of companions , tbh
NV we're my favorite in the series , every one of them oozes charisma
I can barely stand any of them in this tho, making like, two thirds of them whiners who cry and moan if I pick locks is a terrible decision
I take Cait with me just because she won't tear up if I decide I need to use some goddamn buffout

Bethesda pls
Wait a second. I heard some spoilers, but they're completely different from what happened in my game.
[sp]the spoiler said that you either kill your son or blow up/destroy boston, but that didn't happen in my game. I didn't kill shaun, killed the railroad, killed the bos, then he died and I became director. am I being trolled, or did something in my game go horribly right?[/sp]
they often dipped down to unplayable frame rates in the 20s.
Since when has 20-30 fps been unplayable. I've put nearly a 140 hours into FO4 at that sort of framerate, sometimes around 15 fps. 15 I'd say is borderline unplayable. 20-24 I'd say is playable, 25+ is to me a massive bonus.

There's multiple endings. [sp]My ending (BOS) had me attack the institute with Liberty Prime, blow up their reactor, and while leaving meet my son one last time, then i (optionally) blew his face off with an explosive shotgun.[/sp]

Ever since I started getting 60 FPS in anything I realized how choppy 30 is and it bothers me.
