airship talk: [sp]The Brotherhood having an airship isn't particularly incredible as they have had several before. It was just never clear before if they were salvaged prewar vessels or if they built them. I don't really like them having built the Prydwen.[/sp]
doesn't that mean that the brotherhood has to have a large obvious above ground facility to assemble and or maintain these things somewhere between the east coast and the west coast

[del]I could see the Citadel working for those purposes, at least for just one airship. I agree, though, that it [sp]feels kinda silly that they managed to build it themselves.[/sp][/del]
wait nvm I forgot that they explain it
doesn't that mean that the brotherhood has to have a large obvious above ground facility to assemble and or maintain these things somewhere between the east coast and the west coast
[sp]No, the old ones were entirely western creations. For the east coast, if you read some of the terminals and talk to certain members of the Brotherhood, they talk about how they built it at an airforce base after taking it over, and spent several years working on it to get it going. The western airships that tried to make it east were lost.[/sp]
also as cool as an airship is, with everything in the wasteland being essentially magnetized to anything unusual or new, that thing sort of sets itself up as a gigantic "hey shoot me!" target, so loitering around an area too long would be sort of suicidal... but as far as getting across the country its probably one of the few ways to do it with a large force i guess

Is it true that the higher your radio beacon is the better it performs?

Excellent choice in music.
So I went to the drive through theater for the first time in the 30 odd hours of this character, and the area is just littered in fucking miniguns. What the hell

There was 97 minigun, perhaps more I couldn't fine. There was also a few laser pistols. What in the hell
Does anyone have any idea how the NCR Salvaged Power Armor would work considering Fallout 4's version of power armour? The only way I can think of it working would be that it either doesn't use the frame or that the NCR has a custom frame that relies on the user moving it rather than there being a fusion core.

Possibly. I only went here following a BoS guy flying from a crashed Virtibird. This must be where they all come to crash
Is it true that the higher your radio beacon is the better it performs?
I don't know, but out of habit I put a large power conduit, siren, and radio beacon all at the very top of whatever settlement I have.
man, when you get that real good shot

Delayed, but if someone feels they could make a better OP, send me a PM about it or something.
Mizo, stop making Fallout threads.

Ah the wild Vertibird.
Rarely seen in today's wilderness due to the Apocalypse means they're quite the sight. When watching a rare vertibird migration, which is almost always done by it's lonesome, it's always apt to keep it in your eyesight. Usually at the end of it's long flight the Vertibird does something no other crewed mechanical flight animal is seen doing: Flying into obstacles and blowing itself up.

Yeah, well, it's the easiest way to take over an OP.
I'll have whoever I give it to later do the same.

I'd like to know too. I saw that a while ago and started making a habit of placing it as high as I can get, but I don't know if it's made a difference.
Also on the topic of settlements, how do you get a place's happiness above 80? I've gotten like three settlements to 80 and they just sit there.
I just saw a vicious mongrel playing with a teddy bear. All dogs share the same idle animations, I guess. Kinda neat.
Is good and water shared with supply routes?
Also, somebody made their couple into Hide-the-Pain Harold and his wife:

Maybe because nobody would expect that?
In I think East Boston Preparatory School there are a bunch of notes referring to the Judge. New Vegas had notes referring to a The Judge that was in charge of a school in Honest Hearts.
