hey lets stay on topic, this thread is to discuss FALLOUT.
I've been participating a lot in Fallout threads and been playing a lot and reading them all the time, I start a new one always immediately so that we have a place to discuss the game. A couple of people flamed me and others jumped on the bandwagon.
Am looking into mods and stuff right now and will add some sections to the OP though.

You can have 10 charisma, then getting the bobblehead to permanently make it to 11, plus add in the armor and alcohol.

In other news; I just got MOST of a set of Heavy Combat Armor, so I'm really happy with that. Once I level up armorer I can make it useful.

Uhhh no, you haven't updated the OP, and have done nothing but Ignore people with valid complaints, and proceed to do so despite more and more complaints, there's no bandwagon here. There's just the same repeated crappy outdated op that you stole and added nothing to. And you trying to be the victim. Nobody here is flaming you. What did you do the last OP? You immediately posted the thead with zero content, reset the thread number for no reason, said you were working on OP which will be up shortly, and hours later a MOD posted the old OP.
