Are there any vendors that sell shipments of rubber? I wanna upgrade my second set of X-01 to Mk.VI (and possibly a 3rd down the road) but I'm running low on rubber because I didn't realize I was gonna need it when scavenging for the majority of the game. I've already scrapped most, if not all, of the tires in my major settlements and I wanna avoid searching through all of them for the chance of finding a pile of tires, if possible.
On a related note, how much damage do Tesla Bracers/Rusty Knuckles actually add? It's annoying as fuck not being able to choose between those and Hydraulic Bracers because only Hydraulic actually give me a number for the damage dealt. I assume Tesla Bracers give the best boost since they're behind the toughest perk gate and are furthest down the list, but I'd like to know for sure.
Oh, and if anyone's got the numbers for the torso piece's Tesla Coil damage... sorry for asking so much at once but NONE of this information is in game, and I couldn't find it with google.
So I went to the sunshine tidings coop to give my settlers more beds and stuff and something weird happened.
It's there now but when I took a few steps back.

Perhaps worse Professor Goodfeels disappeared! I didn't use the terminal or anything he was just gone. How can I get him back?

He's off on a groovy adventure, man.
Whoa, man, far out!
I need to get my shit together, I'm level 47 now and I haven't even been to diamond city
I need to get my shit together, I'm level 47 now and I haven't even been to diamond city
That's a little excessive.
I can understand Glowing Sea as that's when I went roughly, but Diamond City?
is there a mod that overrides the workshop red outline? can't really make a nice settlement like i see others without having to resorting to making bad designs and floating impractical structures.
Finished the main quest. The [sp]Institute Ending[/sp] was surprisingly fulfilling.
I can't find any other sidequests, so i'll probably shelf it until DLC comes out.

Just hit 70,000 caps.
Thanks purified water + big sale lvl 3 perk.
Invested 500 caps in almost every store is such a godsend, especially since I milk them dry ever other day.

Who cares about Shaun anyway... I have a legacy of... water bottles.
Can someone who has finished the main quest line help me with a decision? Or rather, just give me some info. I am at the act 3, [sp]you have entered the institute and run some missions for them. The next mission is a point of no return, Mass Fusion, where I choose BoS or Institute.
I've done a few missions for both, most notably for BoS is grabbing Li (can I ever talk to her?).
The other thing is I can hand in a holotape to Ingram, but it seems bugged since the only thing I can tell her is about Mass Fusion. I handed in the same tape to the guy in Sanctuary, do I ever hear what comes of it?
I've done a lot of Railroad stuff but am not sure if I agree with them. I know partly how the synth escape mission goes, but you have to work with father to progress so I don't know if that is what I want. Should I side with them? I'm sure this will hurt my chances with the Institute.
Basically my mind is just all jumbled and I'm tired of running radiant quests or trying to max out everything progress wise before doing Mass Fusion. Is there anything I should do before siding with the institute on this? Any cool BoS things? I don't know, sorry for rambling, just losing a lot of enjoyment over this one decision because I'm running boring quests that I'd rather not just so that I don't aggro anyone.[/sp]
Yeah the AER9 is a fucking ugly box masquerading as a gun.

what? the laser rifle is one of the most unique and cool weapons imo

ive checked their inventory and ive only seen the regular color one so far, plus wont killing them be bad for me since i joined the BoS?

I literally am the commonwealths source of pure water. I go to almost every vender each week.
Speaking of which, [sp]Buddy[/sp] is such a buddy. Great idea keeping him around.
I've been playing Fallout 4 on Survival since the start.
It's pretty tough at first, especially if you don't choose the right perks but eventually you accumulate enough good gear and do stuff like this without breaking a sweat:

I basically build my crit meter with my 10mm pistol which has a bonus to accumulate crit faster, then stack the effect of chems and food items and initiate a crit with my most powerful weapon.
It never fails. I also have a laser rifle that can stagger which is great to buy time until my AP is refilled. It's fun to win fair and square instead of having to cheese enemies.
It also helps that Codsworth tanks like a pro.

I'm building a nonsensical house on the lighthouse, because I can.
there's supposed to be a glass door by the entrance, but for some reason it disappears.
Ugh, 20 hours into fo4 and I cant bring myself to play it anymore.

tbh, New Vegas with FOOK and Project Nevada + mods blows the vanilla FO4 experience out the fucking water.
Any mods that downsized the power armor HUD? It's huge and annoying

No way, the core gunplay of Fallout 4 is just so much fucking better than 3/NV.

found the power armor that fits todd
No way, the core gunplay of Fallout 4 is just so much fucking better than 3/NV.
You know people say this a lot, but I never had any issues with the gunplay in my modded playthroughs of NV. Which is why I can't seem to enjoy this game as much as I did playing that.
Also I don't seem to value the improved gunplay as much as everyone else, I never played Fallout for the gunplay to begin with.
I finished the game for 68 hours.
That 18-20 hours is basically me trying to squeeze more length out of the game by exploring and side quests.
I guess I gotta install that extra armor slots mod. Because it's so dumb how even thin clothing can't run armor on it. Like the mechanics jumpsuit which looks kinda good.
[sp]Bethesda really fucked up when they remove faction-tagged armor. "Oh no, how did the Brotherhood find out about the synths at Bunker Hill?" while talking to someone wearing a full suit of BOS Paladin Power Armor[/sp]

[sp]Was that the disguise mechanic from New Vegas? I didn't play it for too long so I kinda forgot.[/sp]

So I went and tried to find the ID of the neon 'Open' sign so I could put it on my bar in my settlement...

Turns out it's in some category of objects that I can't find the name of (same with the 'Guns, Guns, Guns' and similar signs, which for some reason, have no collision and aren't listed under "sign"). I did record the ID of every sign (that was listed under "sign") though, so now you can place the ones that aren't in the workshop menu.
[sp]Oh my god, being named the next Institute leader while in BOS Power Armor was hilarious, oh wow how did Bethesda fuck this up so bad[/sp]
