Yeah the Curie fanboyism is getting out of hand. You freaks only like her because you know only a pre-programmed robot could love you. She's an in-universe waifu pillow.
I liked her more before I found out she was a romance option :C [sp]Mrs. Handy Curie >>>>>>>>>> Synth "Walking Body-Pillow" Curie[/sp]
And today's new bug iiis...that I now have two ripple effect in water, one slightly ahead of me. I swear to god this game is slowly falling apart the more I play it.I'm playing on PS4, and it takes like almost 3 minutes to load into the game when you first launch it. And loading from an interior back to the world take almost 2 minutes. I think the game is also slowly getting a worse and worse stutter. When I first started playing I didn't notice anything, but now every few meters the game stutters as it loads in all the shit I'm walking towards. It's not too bad, but I get the feeling it's only going to get worse.
MacReady is still my favorite, despite that I don't recommend doing his quest. His Perk would be amazing had it not been so ridiculously overpowered cause of the bug. I just like his motives, I like his lines, I like what he likes and dislikes (Finally someone who appreciates me stealing other people's junk!) He's just such a bad boy :smug:
[sp]i swore i was never going to romance a follower but we both have dead wives, he gets me. how could i say no?[/sp] no regrets
Railroad ending spoilers [sp]So what if, post-memory wipe, a Synth figures out what they are, and, because of their new personality, decides they're superior to squishy humans? Unless all those shutdown codes got salvaged before blowing up the institute, you'd be fucked. I mean they'd be bound to figure it out when they wonder why everyone except them is aging.[/sp]
That's the Rail-road's grey area, sure they fight to give synths the same freedoms enjoyed by all of humanity, but that really just means [sp] they turn highly advanced robots with huge physical and mental advantages over most humans loose on the world, but not before they retrofit them with the personalities and flaws of a normal human being.[/sp] [sp] "OH!?, Tx-55 has decided he's going on to become **Stump-fucker the be-header?!**, Well We wish him well in his new *human* life!!!, isn't freedom amazing!!!?" [/sp] :downs:
I can't bring myself to like him because of how much I wanted to cave his skull in when I was playing 3.
That's literally one of the reasons I like him so much in this one. Because of [sp]his wife dying and him promising his son he would stop swearing,[/sp] he comes off as a guy who tries so hard not to give a fuck but really just has a big heart. Best gay sex I've ever had in a video game
So I realize it's not exactly lore-friendly, but damn if it's not fun to run some electro-swing in the background while I play. Something like this for example.

ending stuff [sp]Here's what I don't understand. What's the point of making these synths look and act just like humans if all the Institute wants to do with them is make them all janitors and gardeners? It'd make more sense if they were using the synths as vessels to store actual human consciousness to "preserve humanity". Like, Shaun goes on and on about that bullshit and I'm just like "how are you preserving humanity", apparently having multi-billion dollar custodians is a good thing for the wasteland???[/sp]
implying they really have any such advantages i'm murdering them left and right
Yeah but you also have the most important advantage of all, [del] hundreds of stimpacks [/del] You are the main character.
Because they are [sp]idiots[/sp] :v:
They really are, through and through. Nothing they do makes a lot of sense.
I wish [sp]Captain Zao[/sp] was a companion
We all know the best companion would be Captain Ironsides.
Yeah the Curie fanboyism is getting out of hand. You freaks only like her because you know only a pre-programmed robot could love you. She's an in-universe waifu pillow.
Intelligent french robot > dirty Boston reporter
So, where and how do you store your power armors? My power armors have never been taken, and there's been a few attacks.. Is there a way to get them out of the power armor anyway?
They won't get into armor on their own if there's no core, but if you tell then to - they will.
Intelligent french robot > dirty Boston reporter
when you put it like that yeah but Piper still has more to her than Curie does
Dogmatic best companion. He doesn't talk, and doesn't judge me for murdering people for their Jet.
Dogmatic best companion. He doesn't talk, and doesn't judge me for murdering people for their Jet.
he keeps running into enemies and getting stunlocked and alerting everyone though lone wanderer master race
I hope Fallout 4 gets DLC as fun as Old World Blues; I love when a DLC feels so foreign and different from the rest of the game and is charming in its own right. I honestly haven't played any of FO3's DLC because of lack of interest, but NV had some pretty good ones, more or less.
MacCready is still an evil little shit, but now he looks like Elijah Wood. The fucking weapon-switching bug is so aggravating.
lone wanderer master race
This. Even with that other perk companions are completely useless in combat and all they ever do is get in your way.
The fucking weapon-switching bug is so aggravating.
Sorry I can't shoot you my GUN IS TOO BUSY LOADING.
Dogmatic best companion. He doesn't talk, and doesn't judge me for murdering people for their Jet.
The best part is that he doesn't count against the Lone Wanderer perk

You didn't want to 'shadow' them...?
With the amount of [sp]foreigners[/sp] they threw in the game, it really makes me think they plan on doing an [sp]overseas[/sp] expansion or game in the future. Would be awesome imo.
[sp]IIRC China is a glowing crater from the amount of nukes they took[/sp]
