Kinda hate how the suppressor mod is hands down the best muzzle upgrade you can possibly have, it looks huge and silly on most weapons..
Man is the sentinel site ever an underwhelming dungeon, what a waste of a potential "west tek facility/sierra army depot 2.0" opportunity. Should have been a multi-level maze of robotic security and traps but it's basically just a 5 minute missile site with some ghouls in it :unimpressed:
instute sopiles [sp]i am finally inside the 'tute and all i want to know is why they take people out of the wasteland. What do they do with them?? Why is that not a dialog option??[/sp]
[sp]They swap people with synths to spy on the outside world. They also steal people as test subjects to make their synths more lifelike AFAIK.[/sp]
It's just a platform, they are both static models. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1145/? I wouldn't use it right now though, it's a bit, ehh.
Oh neat, thanks!
when you die to bullshit and your last save was 4.99 minutes ago
From what I've experienced so far, they seem to come from crit hits.
Some special knockdown animations also come from countering melee attacks (attacking in the moment you are about to get hit is how you do them I think). They can also be done with weapon bashes iirc.
What the hell? I'm level 26 and I'm still finding T-45 spawning on frames. I found a partial set of T-51 power armor when I was level 16 and everything else that's leveled is just T-45
Is there a way to get Ballistic Weave after starting "Tactical Thinking" or do I have to go back?

I fucking love how you and Piper both basically have Weird Al's goggles from this video

In fact, I seriously hoped there would be X01 armour in there, but alas...
[sp]They swap people with synths to spy on the outside world. They also steal people as test subjects to make their synths more lifelike AFAIK.[/sp]
The Institute also abducts people for [sp]FEV experimentation[/sp]
my [sp]curie[/sp] don't fuck about [sp]http://i.imgur.com/Xyzc2R9.jpg[/sp]
Last Voyage of the U.S.S. Constitution is an actual good quest. That's a repeating quest I wouldn't mind as much as long as it actually showed "progress" each time it happened.
welp I'm level 40 time to start giving a fuck about the main quest I guess also max level armorer and ballistic weave in my underclothes is fucking amazing
So is there any reliable way to find a set of T-51 now that I'm past the level for it to spawn?
The Institute also abducts people for [sp]FEV experimentation[/sp]
And they [sp]abduct intelligent surface dwellers to become new scientists. After all, their limited gene pool wouldn't have survived this long without them all becoming the fucking swamp people from Point lookout[/sp]
So, I had an idea for what could be an interesting DLC and sequel to Mothership Zeta. Basically, you get abducted again by these aliens. However, this time you wake up on an alien world in a human concentration camp. These people are from various eras in various clothing and attire and the aliens appear to be using them for twisted genetic experiments. Shortly into the main quest, you are liberated from the concentration camp by the characters of Mothership Zeta and set you on a quest to liberate more concentration camps (that then become settlements to build upon and upgrade) and uncover what the aliens want with humanity. It would have various assortments of alien weapons, armor, and technology; new creatures, allies, and quests; and, ultimately, a whole new world to discover.
Back to spam you with more images of T-60 power armor, folks. I do hope you don't mind. The texture replacer for rust-free, well-maintained Brotherhood armor that had been uploaded shortly after Fallout 4 came out has now been updated so that it includes the darker-colored Paladin, Sentinel and Elder armor ranks, as well as a nice, clean base T-60 set with no liveries. Here's how it looks in-game. If you want a more worn look similar to vanilla, you might try this mod instead, but it doesn't include the Knight or base variants. A word of warning: [del]As of the current versions of those mods (1.25 and 0.3 respectively) they both cause the visor of the armor on the military, vault-tec and winterized paintjobs to match the color of the armor - Instead of remaining dark as it should, it becomes green, blue, or white respectively.[/del] I've reported the problem to the authors and with luck they'll have a fix soon - But I still use the mod 'cause it looks awesome. Update: Holy shit the mod author for the first mod already fixed the visors. Wheeee
I hate just how little SPECIAL matters when you interact with npcs, even fallout 3 let you constantly state the obvious (and be praised as a genius for doing so) if you had 7+ INT. I started with 10 intelligence and bumped it up to 11 by finding the bobble-head. My character is literally the smartest character in the game, and yet, half of his dialogue with scientists and doctors throughout the story ends up being "haha nerd" or "wtf is a science i just shoot stuff"
This is pretty much the only problem I have with the game. All interactions can be boiled down to: are you lucky enough/have high enough charisma? There aren't any dialogue checks for perks either. I can imagine some people are fine with this change but personally speaking, I'm not too fond of it. Also (BOS ending spoilers) [sp] Liberty Prime has the best dialogue in the entire game. He has amazing lines like, "Obstruction Depth: five meters. Composition: sand, gravel, and communism." [/sp]
I do have to give beth credit for the writing in fo4, I actually changed my mind about what faction to back in the main quest.
I do have to give beth credit for the writing in fo4, I actually changed my mind about what faction to back in the main quest.
I haven't even done the main quest yet because I still can't decide I picked the minutemen because they're the only "Good" choice there is because 1. Institute is too Illuminati for my tastes 2. BoS have too much of a "Doom guy" mentality to be the good guys. They're a bunch of stupid assholes who shoot anyone who looks like a raider. 3. The railroad is a hugbox for sentient toaster ovens, and are also too small and too concerned with their own cause to be a threat to anyone. 4. The minutemen have the people in mind. They fit the idea of a new American [del]democratic[/del] society quite well, and a powerful military government that helps the people is what Boston needs.
I got it. My companion says "Did you see that? Woah!" No I didn't see it, we are inside of a building, how would I see it? Does it [sp]crash in the same place everytime?[/sp] If so, where because I will never find it.
It crashes near[sp]vault 81, and it's a short walk north of the entrance. Follow the blood.[/sp]
I can't seem to increase my Settlement's food ratings past 6, no matter how many razorgrain, mutfruit, tatos or gourd I plant. Could anyone explain to me?
The Brotherhood has the best stuff out of all the factions, so there's really no reason not to side with them. I would rather step on everyone with my fancy power armor than live in a trash can with the railroad or the minutemen.
