No idea about the Steam versions but the GOG ones raw flawlessly.
That said GOG has a tendency to work on the games they release.

GOG still sells Fallout? i thought they had some fight with bethesda and steam is the only place to get it legally now (the whole 'giving the game away for free out of spite' thing didnt helped (by the way thanks for that GOG! i still play the free F1 and F2 i got from you guys to this day))

There was already a game that was supposed to take place in China. Fallout Extreme, a tactical squad based third person shooter. You'd spend the first part of the game fighting the Brotherhood of Steel who took over the wasteland and went full nazi, killing anyone irradiated or mutated and conscripting everyone else as cannon fodder, but then after you beat them it turns out the [i]Emperor of China[/i] is aiming a [i]massive Doom's Day Missile[/i] at America to obliterate all that is left.
So then you go with your rag-tag group of heroes to [i]invade China[/i], fighting your way through Canada, Alaska, Siberia and eventually [i]Mongolia[/i], fight the Huns who [i]also[/i] want to invade China to steal their Doom's Day Missile. Then you go the Forbidden Palace and beat up the Emperor and his Imperial Guard.

I mean, 10 dr for 50 weight probably isn't worth it, but that's really fucking weird that my game bugged and gave me a mirelurks corpse as a shield. Sadly, doesn't show on your body.

It didn't re-use much at all. The Super Mutants are the only guys who return in a similar fashion to 3. The Brotherhood is completely different and is even more dickish than either of the previous incarnations and the Institute, Railroad, and Minutemen are all brand new factions.
But yeah, I'm done with the East Coast for a while. Personally I want them to cover the Midwest, partly because I want to see what parts of [I]Tactics[/I] stuck and partly because I live here.

About voice actors, me and bro thought that Garrus voice actor(Brandon Keener) should've been the male protagonist voice. His voice is way more unique and cooler sounding than the current one who sounds very generic white dude. Plus Keener's voice fits both white and black race.

Sounds like that "game during the First Contact Wars" idea for Mass Effect people keep brining up. Some prequel set in some boring footnote of the setting's history where you have less of the character or factions that make the setting unique, and the story is a foregone conclusion.

Yep, I'm taking the "Standing Tree" perk currently, gives nice Unarmed damage bonus for early ranks, but obv. needs like 9 str.
ANyways, it's just hindering because I can't swap to Unarmed/Fist combat in Power Armor quickly, have to unequip weapon from Tab-menu..
