How do I fix stuttering? My fps is okay in cities but my screen "skips" a lot.
Enable your gpus V-sync instead of the ingame one.
How do I fix stuttering? My fps is okay in cities but my screen "skips" a lot.
Borderless is super fucking skippy which is why I often try to avoid it. I switched to normal fullscreen and it does fine. [editline]25th November 2015[/editline]
The first half of the main quest is pretty good, [sp]hunting down Kellog and the mystery of the institute is pretty well executed, but then once you teleport to the institute all the writing goes to shit.[/sp]
I'm glad others agree. The writing and dialogue just go to like highschool level. I simply got angry talking to people.

Anything related to NPCs reacting to drawn weapons just makes me think STALKER
[t]http://i.imgur.com/c4JCpLQ.jpg[/t]
Almost every FPS. Arma has blessed us. I remember when I was in like 7th grade playing CoD4. It was the intro sequence with Price and the other SAS guys where you walk up to them and say hi, then go off to do the training exercise. My dad was walking by and was like "haha, you're just gonna point your gun at them?" and at the time I thought to myself "well, like, duh, what else am i gonna do?" but fast forward 6 or 7 years and it feels like the biggest little issue.

To the people that found the listening post that had the potentially spooky story on the terminal, this is what it was a reference to
Forgive me if this has been discussed before (this thread goes fucking fast), but is there any truth to that rumor that you can get [sp]the Railroad and the Minutemen to form a formal alliance[/sp]? And if so, how is this done? I think it's an interesting concept if true and I'd like to try it. It's better than just [sp]siding with one of them and just letting the other remain neutral[/sp], and it's a damn sight better than [sp]siding with the Brotherhood, condemning my ghoul, synth, and mutant friends to death, or siding with the Institute and leaving synths to remain slaves forever[/sp].
The terrible ending made me not want to play my planned second playthrough, at least for a while.
The terrible ending just ended my first playthrough and I had planned to do a lot more. For instance I never even really visited the very south, apart from the Glowing Sea or the east coast. I just stopped like the second after the ending and began a new playthrough a day later because euuughhjhhh
Assaultrons are ridiculously overpowered too. It begs the question, why did the pre-war military bother with so many human soldiers when they could advance with an army of these nigh unstoppable robots?
Money.
I've say through loading screens for too fucking long now. Jesus Christ
Assaultrons are ridiculously overpowered too. It begs the question, why did the pre-war military bother with so many human soldiers when they could advance with an army of these nigh unstoppable robots?
I just keep wondering, power armor is supposed to turn you into a walking tank and it turned the war, so why can people fist punch you to death in it?
Anyone who backed the Minutemen get a fucked up Railroad glitch? [sp]Where for some reason they all think that Glory is dead and keep making references to how much they miss her, despite the fact she's just walking around the base now? She doesn't even respond anymore. [/sp]
Anything related to NPCs reacting to drawn weapons just makes me think STALKER
How about Fallout 1? The second you step into Shady Sands.
How about Fallout 1? The second you step into Shady Sands.
Most towns in fallout 1 and 2 reacted to weapons out or not In fact you pretty much needed to go into the ghost farm with weapons out if you didnt went straight into the hole to get the best ending slide for it
Anyone else here had cubmaps (static reflections) glitch back and forth between what they're actually supposed to be and a generic sky reflection? It's driving me up a fucking wall.

Any way to jump back on the story quest? I finished it [sp]siding with the institute[/sp], but I wanna go back and do some of the quests for the [sp]railroad[/sp]? I assume not just a setstage will do as I need to set a bunch of factions allegiances as well I guess.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/c4JCpLQ.jpg[/t]
So that's why he talks so nervously.
clearly a ghostd
is this a reference to something
So that's why he talks so nervously.
You can actually tell the exact point his voice actor gave up on the game
There's 'mmm whatcha say' as death sound but there's no 'hello darkness my old friend' come on
[t]http://i.imgur.com/lTmseKj.jpg[/t] Motherfucker jumped off the roof.
Same thing happened to me. I laughed out loud because I did not expect that to happen.

I finally found an explosive minigun, and there is only one thing I can call it [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/396677383898076937/F1E187F7D027B6F81B1A777E7A7109C526510BFD/[/t] (A-10 noises go here)
dt could and would totally solve that problem, but bethesda probably felt that overcomplicated things and decided to use the generic dr system again
And somehow they made it even more obtuse and hard to understand how it fucking works. gg bethesda [editline]26th November 2015[/editline] Only thing I understand is that if your armor value matches the damage value it reduces damage by 50%.
