From what I know they stand around till bedtime unless you have a bar/food stall. They'll crowd around that then.
They really have to fix the logic spawning of the settlers.
I don't get why everybody in the commonwealth hates the institute so much other than a few obvious reasons (Synths, and "snatching" people (even though 99% of the time its just speculation that they were actually kidnapped by the Institute), and most of the hate seems to be more from misinformation and paranoia than valid reasons.
my character can talk to them and be all WE CAN DO THIS THE EASY WAY........, if I shoot them they start attacking anyway
well.. yeah were you expecting them to just stand there and let you shoot them [editline]27th November 2015[/editline] also is there anywhere i can change my character's makeup without going to a full on plastic surgeon? oh yay 1000 posts
well.. yeah were you expecting them to just stand there and let you shoot them
is my character not that intimidating then its just like what's the point of the perk besides a bit of xp like theres not even an option to make them run away, or even send them to your settlements as a sort of reward for surrendering, wouldnt that be neat
Ammo has weight mod when?
Ammo has weight mod when?
When more than like three people want it, versus the hundreds of thousands who want their "nothing has weight" mod as per usual.
When more than like three people want it, versus the hundreds of thousands who want their "nothing has weight" mod as per usual.
I wish I knew how to mod FO4 cus then I'd start some work on a hardcore mod
For some reason, this makes me very uncomfortable: [VID]http://gfycat.com/GrizzledSevereGreatwhiteshark[/VID] Easy loot, but still.. Edit: the embed does not seem to work, here's the link http://gfycat.com/GrizzledSevereGreatwhiteshark
is my character not that intimidating then
what you can be as intimidating as you like but if you shoot someone then they're not gonna be too scared to return fire, that would just be incredibly stupid and broken
When more than like three people want it, versus the hundreds of thousands who want their "nothing has weight" mod as per usual.
Pretty much I'm counting the first 1000 mods to be stuff like "100% success hacking-lockpicking", "no carry weight", "infinite bullets", "immortal settlers" and stuff like that i would say nude mods too but damn if they weren't fast this time
I still feel like Bethesda just tacked on the difficulty modes. Normal was pretty decent as far as a standard difficulty, surprisingly so for a beth game but anything above hard is just dumb, I've been playing on survival since the start. Unless I modded my weapons a standard double barrel shotty would take more than two face blasts to down a raider. There are quite a few lower level enemies sure but I'm level 26 now and I still find bullet sponge regular raiders way more than i should. I recently put a mod in to make you do 3x normal damage on survival meaning even though you take the extra damage you now do 3x normal difficulty - and somehow I'm stilling having to pump entire clips into people. It really annoyed me when i ran into a power armor raider and he had no helmet so I decided to focus fire his head, and it took 11 shots with my decked out legendary .50 hunting rifle that does 10 extra points cryo damage. I can't imagine turning the mod off after seeing something that bullet spongy with 3x damage. The whole legendary drop rate thing was a good idea to reward higher difficulties but I feel there should've been more in the game to circumvent bullet sponge, like more diversity in damage types through different types of ammo that have actual noticeable effects or something.
"Item removed due to Enclave imagery being trademarked."
The fuck kinda bullshit is that. Nexus is god awful
Weird, I found this empty suit of Raider Power Armour looking at a wall next to a bunch of raiders, it's already got it's core in it and I can't get inside of it, nor can I access it's inventory. [t]http://i.imgur.com/zdZ3FLG.jpg[/t] And companions can't get in it either, any ideas?
Move on. It's fucked. I went back after a bit after I first found it, same spot, nothing can be done, and I suddenly got options, so I tried to get in only for me to freeze in place. Only case of power armor that did that. If you do go back and get options, just take the parts and put them on another frame if you want to collect the set.
its just like what's the point of the perk besides a bit of xp
You can pacify people at a considerable distance. If you're quick, you can take several combatants out of an engagement in a few seconds, with a little luck. Some enemies that are quite tanky can still be pacified so long as they're lower level than you, so pacifying them might be faster than shooting them. If you holster your weapon at this point, I believe they go hostile again. At the second rank of the perk, inciting pacified people to attack is just as quick as pacifying them. Just look at them and press the use key. You need to be closer for this than you can be for pacifying though. Incited enemies attack other enemies, including other incited enemies but excluding you and your companions. I think they still attack other (friendly) NPCs though. Some enemies can be VERY deadly when used against each other. Unless you attack an incited enemy, they'll be friendly to you and you can freely holster your weapon and interact with computers and such without them going hostile. If there are no enemies nearby, an incited enemy will begin patrolling around, looking for more things to kill. Can't speak on the third rank though, I've got quite awhile before I can get that. But from my personal experience it's been a VERY useful perk since getting the second rank.
http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52129/? Oh shit Somebody has got to make this mod for Fallout 4
The fuck kinda bullshit is that. Nexus is god awful
Nexus once took one of my armor mods down because i was porting stuff from Killzone But my mod was a backpack. My picture had me using ENB and a lightning mod so the red eyes from the NCR Ranger Armor helmet really stood out They couldn't be bothered to even read the description. Just whisper to the winds that something might be using 'stolen assets' and they delete it faster than that guy posted that stupid "Bullseye says garret" picture in every goddamn mod.
How worthwhile would it be to make a 50cal sniper rifle as early as possible? I want to be instakilling armored stuff with sneak attacks.
Why the fuck is there a cloud under my feet? [t]http://i.imgur.com/teyjdCT.jpg[/t]
How worthwhile would it be to make a 50cal sniper rifle as early as possible? I want to be instakilling armored stuff with sneak attacks.
Ammo will be a problem depending on how early you do it.
Why the fuck is there a cloud under my feet? [t]http://i.imgur.com/teyjdCT.jpg[/t]
Just quicksave and reload. I think it's a particle effect bug caused by the jetpack mod.
Please explain. I'm desperate for that outfit.
Way late response cause I went to sleep last night, but there was a knight-sergeant patrolling in the Boston Airport. I literally hid behind a crate once I figured their route out and headshot them. Obviously I made sure no one else was around so I didn't anger the Brotherhood, just took it off their body afterwards.
Just quicksave and reload. I think it's a particle effect bug caused by the jetpack mod.
Strange thing is.. after spamming my screenshot button on bandicam, it slowly went away after each press.
So idiot savant triggered for [sp]nuclear option[/sp] and I got like 7k exp
Ammo will be a problem depending on how early you do it.
I already found ~40 rounds of it thanks to high luck stat combined with level two of the ammo scavenging perk. With that said, if I can make every shot count, I shouldn't have a problem with low ammo, should I?
Really getting annoyed with how my settlers keep getting kidnapped from Sanctuary. Every time I come back with the last one, another one's been taken, and most of the time it seems to be my traders whom i've given fancy suits and hats to differentiate them. Got enough turrets to make a battleship feel inadequate.
sometimes when i try to alt tab, the game turns into console-o-vision and changes my resolution to 800x600 and starts dropping frames hard
That only happens to me if I alt-tab in fullscreen mode. Have to run it in borderless fullscreen even though it makes the game run slightly worse.
Also for people who want to use Tattoos but don't want them to mostly suck here's a pretty nice mod, it still sucks that we can't move some of them from the middle of our forehead without the actual modding tools yet though. I swear, high luck/charisma runs are always prone to so many great moments. It's paying off in spades so far in FO4. Pretty much every single weapon I find has a good couple of mods, sometimes three or four, and I haven't failed a dialog check yet.
