I keep all of my shit there, and the T-45 from the beginning gets to stay in the garage.
I built a little tower thing to store my T-51, T-60, and X-01 though.
Then Sanctuary gets all my extra frames and shit.

Talking about the mysterious stranger, I was fighting a legendary super mutant, and he appeared. Instead of shooting he fucking reloaded for some reason and then disappeared.
It was the biggest disappointment I have faced in the game.

Does the perk that increase chem duration also affect the slow caused from Nerd Rage? I figure that the code is probably so sloppy that when Nerd Rage processes it just uses a non-addicting version of Jet.

It happens near raiders in the wild since they're the ones strapping the explosives, except the molerats are coded to only dig out of the ground relatively far away from the player and not behind you so they're not really threats.

if you got it from Kleo, it's to her right, if you got it from commonwealth weaponry it's near the beggar dude you give nuka cola to
so apparently scrounger is broken, lacking half the ammo types and having the rank 4 perk act exactly the same as rank 3
this is really hard to hear because scrounger was one of those "[I]do i really need it?[/I]" perks that i had to force myself to choose and now i've wasted four perks
