Look at the rain hitting the ground etc. Their are a fair few DX11 features going on that are subtle.

After initiating the download through the Australia vpn and then disconnecting and restarting, steam is very confused. It downloads some, then removes the game from the download queue, then eventually adds it back.
So since it's a Uplay game, I presume we need to add friends through Uplay right?

I just started the download with the VPN on then disconnected it, then my normal internet connection took over the download.

The only time this game looks good is at night when it's raining, and that car handling looks absolutely un-fun.
he hit cars head on and didn't even slow down, and it just pushed them backwards out of the way. Is it even possible to out run the police and lose your wanted level without pressing one button to completely eliminate all the pursuers?

I was conflicted at times, to either keep my vigilante image up or continue on the main missions.
Of course, you can do either at any time, but it was sick seeing my face in the gun store when I did something evil and then parkouring into a car to getaway.
