Well, I saw this coming a mile away before the game released. Not sure why anyone is surprised. It'll get fixed eventually.

Running as admin as previously mentioned fixed that for me, but I'm still completely unable to login.
If you have already downloaded and activated the game just put Uplay into offline mode.

Same here.
Times like this make me question what the fuck Ubi were doing with all the extra time they got from delaying the release of Watch_Dogs. Not only have they kicked the graphical fidelity up the arse, but they also forget that generating this much hype for a game is going to hammer their servers. The fact that people with the retail version of the game are having more problems than I have ever had with the leaked copy a couple of days ago is honestly quite shocking.
And uPlay seems to be dead completely, as I can't even log into the app to stalk everyone.

After trying time and time again I finally got through uPlay's unrecoverable error.

Titans have more VRAM and CUDA cores. But 680s have a better core clock.
The only thing that's better is the memory interface and effective memory clock. But even then, the price jump from 350 dollars to 1,399 is not worth it for the extra 1000mhz of memory clock and 128-bit memory interface. Not to mention that 680s have 4GB of VRAM which is really all you need.

Clock speed has little affect on performance compared to the number of cores, texture Units and ROPs. all of which the titan has more of.

Got into Uplay at last and I installed it earlier (had it retail), it installed fine. The files etc are gone, and it seems to get stuck.

You guys know how I can prevent it from overheating? the game pretty much did that while loading and gave me a black screen I couldn't get out of - had to restart my computer.
The mobile app is extremely unoptimized. It chewed up my Nexus 7's battery life from 100% to 0% in a couple of hours while on charge. The performance of the login screen is terrible, and that's probably the part that is killing my battery life. The map screen ran fine for a good few hours, until uPlay died.
I like how they scripted Aiden for the event the servers are down.
