Is uplay stuck on offline for anyone else?
[sp]Tobias an escaped Animus test subject descendant of Leonardo da Vinci?[/sp] Also pls no spoilers, just finished Act II mission 4
what
how many missions are there in Act I? [editline]28th May 2014[/editline] Also, I'm really enjoying the game. I've had no problems, and I agree with Whyt, I like how the cars handle.
what
Presumably drawing parallels to their shared function of inventor guy in the franchises.
what
I wouldn't be surprised if Ubisoft wedged Abstergo/Animus etc in every game they make. Breaking News: Far Cry 4 set in the Animus.
Convoy missions and knockdown targets. WHY?! I really wish the knockdown for hideouts and convoys targets was optional. This is the only thing I absolutely despise in this game so far. You're free to absolutely murder everybody else in the vicinity, but for some reason there might be one or two guys you're not allowed to kill. This isn't very simple when said targets are wielding automatic weapons with virtually no cover around. Good luck if you're playing on realistic and four shots is all it takes to kill you.

So many times I have tried to subdue someone when I could have just finished them off from afar.
Spotted two ex-abstergo dudes chatting in a pharmacy located in Pawnee (i have no idea if i spelled that right), they looked pretty shaken and were talking about some Parker dude.
nvidia announced the $3000 Titan Z today. maybe that can run w_d without stuttering.
I'm just going to leave this here for those who care:
The funny thing about this is that left video can not be ultra, I've got my game maxed out except for the max buffered frames option and it looks waaay better. [editline]28th May 2014[/editline]
A game doesn't have to be perfect, but what does annoy me is that there's marketing promising something amazing, and the product is vastly different. There's nothing next-gen about this, the E3 previews were blatant lies. Sure you can enjoy it, I do enjoy parts of it too, who's trying to prevent you from enjoying it? I just stated my opinion, that all of the above is unacceptable bullshit. People pay good money for this, and we have the right to get a proper product in return. And boxes I don't care about. Boxes without a response, is what annoy me. Have a discussion then, if you disagree with me. It was like this in the GTA V thread, and it's like this here now again. The hype has taken over 80% of the people in this thread, and every criticism is rated dumb and ignored. Why is it so disallowed to be critical.
You're saying the trailer is full of blatant lies based on a really long game of telephone. play the game and then come back [editline]28th May 2014[/editline]
It's not a next gen experience because the graphics are a little less pretty when originally shown off when the game was in prototype and not the final representation of the product. Have you ever considered they tuned it down a bit so more players can run it. Talking to Profane obviously.
its not a next gen experience because they decided to not make everything look like London with above average humidity
nvidia announced the $3000 Titan Z today. maybe that can run w_d without stuttering.
They actually announced it months ago.

I think I'm just going to give up and go back to Windows 7. Not being able to even try the multiplayer is really bugging me.
Is anyone else still having issues joining games with their friends? A buddy tried inviting me to his private session a few times but it always says that the game session isn't available.
Jesus this is getting frustrating. Every time im in combat i lose control of my character so he starts moving and random shooting for no fucking reason at all. This happens when i click both mouse and movement keys on the keyboard at the same time. For an example. Im driving a car and i press A and Left mouse button and i release afterwards, then the game continues to turn the car to the Left without me touching the keyboard until i press A again. It's like everything gets stuck in command? Anyone got any idea about this Issue?

I found stealth to be working the best when you move very quickly from enemy to enemy. Is something wrong with me or is it because I'm asian. Edit: I missed the no cover part.
Anyone know if Ubisoft will ever release a patch for the game soon? There's more and more game-breaking bugs, and a good handful that won't let people progress through the game, forcing them to start a new one.
I really love the shooting in this game. The actual guns don't feel that great, but when you're using gadgets/melee/hacking it's so god damned fun. It's super satisfying to just hack cameras and pick people off with explosions from a safe position. It feels so cool to be able to sneak in and out like a ghost while all this crazy shit is going off. Way more satisfying than just going full on stealth where nobody ever sees you. I love just causing blackouts by blowing out the transformers and then just sprinting from person to person taking them out. Probably the most satisfying thing though is sprinting through a bunch of guards who're trying to kill you and managing to escape from them. Really feels action movie-esque when you see the bullets fly past you.

My shift+F2 isn't working, so I can't play multiplayer at all.
since when do AAA developers or publishers bother patching games after hyping thousands upon thousands of people in to buying their products?
The ones who don't want to alienate their entire fanbase
since when do AAA developers or publishers bother patching games after hyping thousands upon thousands of people in to buying their products?
Since the concept of 'patch' began.
Odd, all of a sudden I got the missing preorder/deluxe edition items I missed. :v:
I am so disappointed in this game. I should have pre-ordered UFC over this.
there's a glitch in the matrix why is this happening
I am so disappointed in this game. I should have pre-ordered UFC over this.
You shouldn't pre-order at all unless you get a hands on demo just before release
there's a glitch in the matrix why is this happening
Too many digital trips man. Fucks your brainwaves up yo.
since when do AAA developers or publishers bother patching games after hyping thousands upon thousands of people in to buying their products?
I know this post is a joke, but the way most companies are acting now-adays, it scares me that this can become a possibility not too far in the future.
