yeah, but we managed to find a solution a couple pages back. you have to go to your network and sharing centre, and disable any unnecessary adapters

Just start it manually once, so it doesn't have to be launched everytime the game starts.
And disable those fucking cloud saves in the uplay options, I bet those are corrupting some peoples savegames from time to time, apart from annoying you at starting and exiting the gma.e
