if there are no cops in sight, ctos scanners start activating closer to wherever you are, big yellow circles on the minimap denote this

if you haven't figured it out this game is basically what big brother would be like in the modern day

yeah there were no big yellow circles like I usually see, and nor were there any cameras in case I don't understand the system fully and those are somehow involved.

What a frustrating bug all around.

Does anyone know why AR Phone Games, NVZN, and Digital Trips wont allow me to play them?
I did one digital trip earlier but now all the people that offer it just show as "not available" and same for the others I've mentioned. I haven't even been able to start one of them.

I wonder if the game to communicate with the wrong adapter, hence multiplayer not working at all. Disabling my Virtualbox and VMWare adapters as well as Hamachi seemed to have fixed it. Still get the NAT error, but at least that's a straightforward fix.
