I still can't believe he did not profile me.

Also, anybody else use OBS and not mind sharing what their settings are for recording.
I use the chrome revolver a lot with online players. It's more powerful than the smgs and more accurate. Hell you can fucking snipe with the thing and it deals damage on the same level as the rifles without the retarded recoil.
For SP missions and that I use the suppressed 1911 with a kinda aggressive stealth.
Aggressive batman stealth simply is the best.
This here is my previous online hacking game:

I am the blue circle. The red one is the other guy and his car. Purple is the police. Brown are boxes. An black are the walls and the path of the other player. He was right next to me.
[sp]I finished it[/sp]
I'm gonna put this on the fridge so we can all see it every day
Just bought the game, somehow managed to have online work on 8.1 (wasn't the scripted Tip guy, or whatever his name is) and had someone rush out of a crowd so I gunned them down with the assault rifle.
Runs really well on my AMD rig, which is surprising, although I am getting the fabled micro-stuttering whilst driving. Hopefully that is fixed.

Gotta love people who just sprint everywhere when trying to profile. When sprinting the profiler is really shit and snaps to NPCs and has a much shorter search cone around your crosshair so it tends to ignore the player you're after. If you're walking or jogging however it works a lot more effectively and that search cone is a lot bigger.

Get the new beta driver, might fix your stutter.
I find the 'hacking' invasion type to be really meh.
I'm the type of person who loves invasion systems, but the way it does it with the 'hide-and-seek, all the hacker does is sit in a car' is really boring to me.
I'm considering just turning off invasions so I don't have to waste my time with it, but I still really enjoy the prospect of tailing and shit.
I mean I've been invaded like 3 times (not counting tutorial guy) and i've lost every one because I was doing something else like fighting the police, fighting gangsters, or on my way to stop a crime/criminal convoy/whatever.
Whats so fun about it? It isn't like dark souls where you're forced into a confrontation and you have to test eachother's gear and skills, its just a 'find a car to hide in/find the car the hacker is hiding in'
I really love the police chases in this game. Ubisoft programmed the police AI with real chase tactics (sideswiping, trying to shove the target car off the road, trying to cause a spin out by ramming the back or front side of the car) it makes trying to escape from high level chases really challenging and I fucking love it.
Also, someone started hacking me while I was in a really hot chase (5+ cars behind me and a helicopter) I managed to shake the cops and find the bastard hiding in a car behind a house at 97% downloaded. He tried getting out and I gunned that motherfucker down.
Then some stupid bitch called the police but I killed her and ran then 2 more called the police but I got away.
I may not like the story of the game but the free-roam gameplay is amazing
Just finished downloading Watch Dogs and I do the UPlay shit, I'm about to run it and it just goes straight to "Watch Dogs has stopped working", the game doesn't even open for a second.
Any help?

I disagree. Cops are overly aggressive. I've had them force me onto the sidewalk in a high speed chase and into a group of civilians killing them. I've stepped out of my car with no weapon drawn and they'll start shooting. Even at pretty much 1 star.
Speaking of this, is anyone having this bug where if you right or middle click while pressing ASWD (like running while opening the phone menu), that key will get "stuck" until you press that key again.
It keeps happening to me at the most inopportune times and its really annoying. I've gotten killed a couple times since Aiden decided to run backwards out of cover.
Anyone playing this game with lower tier graphics cards and hardware? Say like an HD 7770? I'm wondering how the game is running.
I'm using an HD 6870, on high (textures set to ultra). looks fantastic like that and plays okay, 15-30 frames (i make sacrifices for quality) but goes to hell on driving

Is there any way to get rid of this couldy shit? It's getting on my nerves:

turn off motion blur
Just finished the game...
[sp]well that was rather dark... Just glad that it wasn't Aiden's sister or Jackson that died, that would have sucked. Also Dedsec, bucha 1%er pussies... Also, screaming for a bloody sequel.[/sp]

Disagree all you like I like the chase system.
Also I really fucking hate people that disconnect/close the game when you're hacking/tailing them and they can't find you.
Be bigger dicks.
Disagree all you like I like the chase system.

Ubi should put in a penalty so that if you disconnect while being hacked, you lose an amount of notoriety based upon the amount that the invader had hacked you.
even with two bounties im still not being invaded, this is after about 20 hours of playtime mind you
what am i doing wrong
Anyone feel like the tailing activity is just pointless. The guy almost always goes into a vehicle and drives off forcing you to rush after him, and then he can either outrun you or spot you instantly because of course the AI never goes above 20 mph...
I gotta say though, I had an epic chase where the other guy was being chased by horde of police cars and helicopter.
Yeah Watch Dogs is probably at it's best when you are in a police chase. Hacking suddenly becomes a little more tactical then just pressing X because a prompt showed up and the cops are pretty ruthless, plus the kickass background music.
Meanwhile on foot stuff is pressing X occasionally and engaging in droll third person cover based shooting with what feels like airsoft guns.
Just hacked someone, it was so fucking tense because I could tell they knew I was there and I was just trying to act like the car next to me.

Ended up hiding in a parking lot and hid in his car after he drove there and won.
Holy fuck.
Whoever had the idea for "Spider Tank" at Ubisoft I hope they got a corner office and a raise because they're a god damn genius.
Spider Tank Best Tank. 11/10.
I was doing the gang hideout at the under construction bridge in pawnee, and aiden decided to vault off the side randomly.
I was a bit disappointed that [sp]Jordi, as well as DedSec, had such minor roles in the game. Hopefully the sequel focuses more on DedSec.[/sp]
Jordi should have his own game.

jumping across the street from the side of one building to another is sooo awesome
and being upside down on the train tracks
I am enjoying this game a lot. Story missions aside, the multiplayer is just plain fantastic. Spying on other players is the most fun I've had in video games for years.
Maybe I'm a weird stalker, but I just enjoy watching other players do stuff while I profile and observe them, and pulling off a believable NPC-act is very satisfying. Also the feeling of having to observe your surroundings because you never know if someone is there is awesome. I don't think I've had a video game experience this fresh since....I can't even remember.
Is it just me or do trains not travel when on full gang alert in a mission?
Currently trying to wait for a train to arrive to the station during Planting A Bug.
Saw a dude with the descriptor of "Frequent online purchase: Hentai"
I almost died laughing.
It's cool af how generated this stuff is, with the phone calls and descriptors and stuff.
Also, this car might be in the wrong category...

Yeah 20 minutes already with no go. Right, going to try and get away following the tracks then.
Wow. Started doing "Alone" it's extremely... powerful? It actually FEELS oppressive and I love the stealth mechanic.
What exactly is the premise of it? CtOS took over control of everything, killed all the humans, and made robots?
