He didn't see you following him?
I panic as soon as i see a car drive funny.
Dude he crashed into me twice and didn't realize I wasn't an NPC.
I'm pretty sure he even saw me firing my grenade launcher and/or hiding behind the wall.
according to the gunstore i have the vector because it doesn't have a price tag
but in my wheel, i only see the spec ops vector
anyone else having the same thing happen?
Same thing is happening to me. I think its because i picked it up in the Alone trip but who knows.

I think the Spec Ops Vector is the same as the regular Vector, just better.

I think some people prefer unsilenced weapons.
I think some people prefer unsilenced weapons.
The game doesn't care what you prefer, you'll use what it gives you or else buddy boy.
all of them
I don't own the game and I wondered how the weapons work. In the store I noticed there are number of SMGs, shotguns and so on. I thought maybe you switch the cheap ones for better ones as the game goes but if they let you keep all of them that's cool, too.

You can keep all of the guns, yes.
I find it strange that there are absolutely no police cars patrolling around the city.
I find it strange that there are absolutely no police cars patrolling around the city.
I guess there really doesn't need to be. With ctOS constantly monitoring almost everywhere possible, I imagine response time are great
I find it strange that there are absolutely no police cars patrolling around the city.
Seems like they're all trusting the fancy ctOS scans.
Do some of the collectibles require a certain level of story progress? I'm unlocked ever ctOS tower and there's still some things I'm short. I haven't seen one instance of human trafficking. I did all the weapons crate investigations but I've not been prompted with the mission.
Jesus christ taking care of crimes in progress is such a pain in the ass.
Run by the guy within 5 feet? He decides not to commit the crime.
Look at him directly for more than 2 seconds? No crime.
WALK Past him? Nope not gonna do it now.
Believe it or not most criminals don't like to be seen committing crimes

I can't see the last few missing person things, so I presume so.
I find it strange that there are absolutely no police cars patrolling around the city.
Patrolling cop cars are so rare, but they're there. What other people said I imagine is the reason. The ctOS thing probably makes manual patrolling so obsolete that only a few cars are actually out looking for any activity. The rest of the force is ready to deal with whatever the scans pick up, and the response time is usually very quick when something is successfully scanned. You can even hear a street conversation discussing how quickly cops respond because of ctOS.
Although, it seems almost contradictory too. If ctOS was that effective, there would be no need for Pearce to be a vigilante, because you'd think alarms would be going off whenever a crime is detected and the player can choose whether to intervene or not. But the cops don't ever seem to show up to apprehend the criminal.

How far are you? I'm [sp] just after Aiden and Clara escape the motel [/sp]
I find it strange that there are absolutely no police cars patrolling around the city.
They sometimes pop up. About as rare as alerted fire trucks racing around I'd say.
Is this game worth the $60?
How far are you? I'm [sp] just after Aiden and Clara escape the motel [/sp]
much further than you.

ctOS might simply treat Pearce as just another police unit that gets a task assigned. One way to trick it into thinking you're a legal user.
Of course in terms of game design it simply wouldn't be fun for the player if every other side mission was completed by NPCs before your arrival.
I find it strange that there are absolutely no police cars patrolling around the city.
I've seen cops patrolling the streets on multiple occasions??
Is this game worth the $60?
Extremely fun game, not worth 60$ in my opinion.
Same thing is happening to me. I think its because i picked it up in the Alone trip but who knows.
yeah i did the same thing
Is this game worth the $60?
I can't really play it properly for like more than an hour or so, it's probably going to take me a long time to complete it.
Believe it or not most criminals don't like to be seen committing crimes
I can understand not doing it if someone is staring at you doing it but if someone fucking walks by and doesn't even look at you it's ridiculous.
Thread is too big to search so someone could have been faster than me. You know you can't shoot while driving, right? Well, Aiden uses one of his hands for the phone so if he started shooting he would lose control of the car. A guy came up with this idea on another site and I found it pretty logical. Still, the proper way about it would be block hacking while you shoot from car or bike.

It's not really a good idea to stab someone if a stranger is walking by.

Jeez Aiden haven't you heard don't text and drive it's super dangerous.
No wonder driving is so hard in this game.

The crime hadn't fucking started yet.
The victim wasn't even fucking there.
The dude was leaning against a wall smoking a cigarette.
Stop defending the criminal

You may find this hard to believe but a lot of criminals get paranoid before doing the old stabby looty sneaky shooty
