Problem I have with that is I can't tell who's telling the truth in the feud, TheWorse or Kazdait.
I'm still trying to figure out which of the two looks best.
I don't understand something. Why do phones made outside of Chicago have ctOS connectivity? Is ctOS only in Chicago? What does ctOS even stand for? ctOS stand for Central Operating System

The ctOS thing is sort of resolved. Its indirectly implied that its only in Chicago at that current time and will be deployed to other cities in the near future. I assume the ctOS on phones is a sort of app with full control over the phone. Or possibly an OS swap. And since it provides many useful functions, its just very ubiquitous.
The phones themselves don't exactly have the access to ctOS like Aiden and the others do. They are specifically tapped in to ctOS by having previously hacked in to it in some form. Basically, jail broken phones.
[sp]Jordi tells you constantly that he's only with you because you're paying him for a job and he sees it through to the end, and that you take things way to personally and should just abandon the personal side and be in it for the money like him. He finished his job for you, you had a massive bounty, so he wanted to try and collect on it. And after he fails and the bounty is gone, he is free to work with you again because doesn't take things personally.[/sp]
[sp]Aiden doesn't want any contact with Nikki and Jacks again because, very obviously, that puts them in danger. So sending them away means they can't be used against him.[/sp]
[sp]He left Clara there because its a homicide scene and he has enough issues with the police, especially after what just happened with Lucky, not to mention him wanting to get revenge right then.[/sp]
[sp]At the end, Aiden fully embraces the identity of the Vigilante, basically taking up the role of guardian and overseer. The mob likely will be after him, which will probably be a point in the next one.[/sp]
These things are made pretty obvious by paying attention for the most part.

But so many games are already in New York. That's why I was happy this was in Chicago, partly because i'm from chicago but also because the grand majority of free roam games like this are in New york or some other coastal city like Miami, or in California etc

I wish The Division and Watch Dogs swapped settings because it seems like The Division replicates NYC a lot more accurately than how WD replicates Chicago.

To put it in a nutshell, London is a camera.
I've been thinking. Most people have performance issues and stuttering when moving about/driving in the city, right? Combine that with the fact that you can see the world objects loading in right in front of you when you're moving quickly. I bet the extremely overdone DOF that's included in the hidden settings was something they were playing with to mask the fact of how shitty the engine handles loading objects.

The Worse Mod v 0.8 is out now.
Bunch of fixes/additions including a new GUI that lets you select which options are on. Includes the MalDo texture fix that lets you run the game's ultra textures on 2GB cards with no stutter (basically you turn the textures down to high in the main menu so the game runs in high texture mode, but stuff like roads, characters, etc will have ultra textures)
TW 0.9 was going to be the final edition due to Kadzait's attention whoring and ego but that changed. He found an encrypted file containing some effects and their density (fog, etc)
But yeah, fuck Kadzait. Dude has an ego larger than mount-Everest.
