That RAM amount is a good sign, it hopefully means there's going to be a ton of ambient stuff going on in the world and loads of pedestrians etc.
what could possibly require 6 gb of ram?
apparently also COD ghosts
maybe it's those detailed tattoos in the dog's ear that need the extra power

Definitely the advanced fish AI.
Dammit.
Thinking of preordering the DedSec edition, but I know I won't be able to run it when I get it...

Ubisoft just gave you extra time.
Delayed until Spring 2014
"Our ambition from the start with Watch Dogs has been to deliver something that embodies what we wanted to see in the next-generation of gaming. It is with this in mind that we've made the tough decision to delay the release until Spring 2014," Ubisoft said.
"We know a lot of you are probably wondering 'why now?' We struggled with whether we would delay the game. But from the beginning, we have adopted the attitude that we will not compromise on quality. As we got closer to release, as all the pieces of the puzzle were falling into place in our last push before completion, it became clear to us that we needed to take the extra time to polish and fine tune every detail so we can deliver a truly memorable and exceptional experience.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you. We thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the way you respond on the web, at events, press conferences and during other opportunities we have to interact. Your passion is what drives us.
"We can't wait to see you in Chicago next Spring. We are confident you'll love this game as much as we love working on it."
Damn it!
Ubisoft never fail to fail.
I saw a live gameplay of this at Eurogamer that looked amazing. It looked ready all it probably needed was a bit of bug stomping I am assuming.
Seven months? Seven months for what?

I was expecting some dumb comments in response to these news, but man, yours was the dumbest.

For some sweet economical losses and pissing Sony off, oh and of course you as a potential customer.
Those damn frenchies.
I'm actually quite happy to see Ubisoft not falling for a need to release it and instead work out every few kinks to make the game a truly enjoyable experience, instead of it potentially being a press key combination -> perform hack kind of game.
I don't mind the delay. It gives them more time to iron everything out.
If a good game is delayed, it will still be a good game when it finally comes out.
A bad game will be bad forever.

Doesn't make it any less true. :P
I'm fine with waiting. I'm a patient person and honestly my life is too busy right now to seriously play video games.
My life is quite the opposite, I have barely anything going on and yet I'm fine with waiting also, I guess I just love games that much.
I'm a bit disappointed by the delay since when it comes out I'll be starting preparation for my exams, but if it means a more refined experience, I'm fine with it.
Also, I hope the game still looks as fantastic as it does in the gameplay footage as it does on PS4. My laptop's old and bad so I doubt I'll be running it on there.
MUH MERGE
There's no limited edition for pc through gamestop, this sucks.
These are the "revised" specs.
I'm not sure what to make of 6 GB ram minimum, I have 8 GB myself but I'm sure most will just have the 4.
Hopefully those Recommended specs mean Ultra. At this rate I'll probably be pushing it at High.
New "screenshot". Sorta reminds me of New Mombasa in Halo.

Ubisoft said this week is going to be a "big week" so let's hope they release some new info about the game.

1) Funky LOD
2) Probably a console version, maybe even an old gen.
If not.
May God have mercy upon our souls.
