take a few steps back. 960 is pretty fucking close to 1080. 120 pixels off.
how much lower isn't the point (at least, not the main point) the point is that it's lower at all to begin with - because a lot of xbox fanatics and fanboys like to preach about how xbox is the most powerful machine out there, so it's hilarious watching their new console crash and burn and do worse than other consoles
I don't know where the hell you've been. Or when. Do you have a time machine? The last time an Xbox fanatic has boasted the power of their platform, The Chronicles of Riddick was still playing in theaters.

That's an interesting comparison
The last time an Xbox fanatic has boasted the power of their platform, Smashmouth was listened to unironically.
The last time an Xbox fanatic has boasted the power of their platform, E3 had booth babes AND was informative and fun.
The last time an Xbox fanatic has boasted the power of their platform, G4 and Tech TV were separate and respectable TV networks.
The last time an Xbox fanatic has boasted the power of their platform, Project Offset was a promising look into the future of gaming and something that would surely take the world by storm upon its imminent release.
The last time an Xbox fanatic has boasted the power of their platform, Smallville was good.
wait e3 doesnt have booth babes anymore?
the fuck?
I don't care much for graphics
but you can only polish a turd so much
if the gameplay is shit, the game itself is going to be shit
just look at Skyrim, despite all the mods, it's still 'eh'
so if Watch Dogs has great gameplay and re-playability, then the graphics aren't that worrisome, as long as they're not the ones from that .gif
fuck that looks like a ps2 game, I at least want some eye candy
I'd like to see some non lethal playstyles. I wouldn't like to think my character has to be a mass murderer. Or at least minimize the number of necessary deaths.
I don't care about graphics because my pc can't handle it anyways :v:

i don't care for graphics, as long as the gameplay is good! if the gameplay is good, then i'm happy, and everything will be ok, as long as the graphics aren't THAT, because fuck that, I want good looking graphics!

I'm still hoping the baton has more use than as "scripted" takedown item, i.e. the ability to actually handle it and fight with it whenever you want
Graphics didn't look that bad actually?
People are just being dumb and complaining because top tier PC graphics aren't the same as PS4/Xbox One, which should be obvious due to the differences in hardware. It still looks great on those consoles though.
I'm hoping to see it end up on ebay shortly after release. I don't want to pay double the price of the game for a mask. Though I think it's been stated to actually be a buff.

dunno if it's the same mask here, but there you go.
My brother saw the commercial for this, looked at if for a moment, then just turned to me and said
"I don't get why you want that game, it looks like shit."
He plays Call of Duty: Ghosts, so I'm not sure how he can talk.
I almost had forgotten I had pre ordered some edition for PC already. I just likely can't run it bearably when I get it.
say what you want about the downgrade on the graphics, but one things for sure, they dumbed down their character,
they changed his face to a more generc action movie hero and changed his voice to another generic raspy one, instead of the
more calmed douchy and normal guy they were aiming for, that, at least imo, was a better direction to go for, oh well.

Tell me that isn't the main character whose name I forget but I think was Adria/en Pierce.
Please.
Why would they change to that?
Dammit.

is like we cant get real people, just plastic generic and repetitive stereotypes of what a main character should look, sound and be like.
fuck
You remember that The Division E3 demo?
With the people talking over VoIP
How about have your characters be like that
like, normal people
yeah he's definitely a worse character now than he was before you can tell because he sounds different
He looks weird.
Like, in the lower pic on the page he looks slightly overweight.
Well we've only seen a small percentile of the actual game.
Lets hope they put on the tough guy shit for the trailers.
[editline]12th March 2014[/editline]
Anyone with their knickers in a twist about the graphics
He told followers that “GFX quality isn’t at risk at all”, and dismissed the game’s E3 trailers as unsound measures of the game’s visuals.
“E3 2012 was PC as we always said and E3 2013 is PS4 reference,” he wrote. “Was always the case.”
The PC version, meanwhile, is “not a port” - Morin confirmed that Ubisoft will release Watch Dogs on PC simultaneously with the consoles.
“PC on very high setting is REALLY stunning if you ask me,” said Morin. “As for [street NPC] density it also very high of course.”
his voice was always that raspy way though? nothings changed other than his face, and all thats happened there is he looks a bit more friendly.
oh no they changed his face a little, shock, horror!
apart from a few proportions changing and his head looking like it's gotten a little smaller it isn't even that big a deal
The only difference in his face is that now he looks like a person and not a gnome.
