tl;dr The dev team heavily tried to avoid loading screens, plus we'll see new PS4 footage next week.

Huh? German PC games usually cost ~50€, Triple AAA console games 60€. Regarding Watch Dogs the PC Deadsec (the one with the statue) is 110€, PC Vigilante 75€. PC Digital Deluxe 70€ (lolwhat).
I don't mind paying 25€ more, because at least I get a good amount of physical goodies.

I don't really care about this whole "omg it doesn't look like it did on E3" thing. My favorite thing I've read and seen so far is how the NPC's seems to be more "alive" so to say.

Why spend $60 of your money, when the game could be compiled full of shit, and we haven't even seen gameplay footage of this 'alive' NPC stuff. For all we know, their lively hood could just be scripted doubled crap, where they do the same thing, just a different NPC to take over.
I'd get a refund personally and wait till ACTUAL footage comes out from other people, before buying it. But.. It's your money, so I cannot judge what you do with it.
I believe the game will be fun and that's why I play games. If the game turns out the be complete shit (which I don't think it will) it's just $60, that's not a whole lot. If I didn't spend it on a game I would probably spend it on a night out or just at some restaurant.

It won't be the worst game ever or the biggest rippoff that's for sure. If they would sell it 30% cheaper on steam than the hard copy, I'm sure it would have a bigger turnout. I mean look at DayZ it's in the top sales for afew months now.
