Watch Dogs - Control Everything - Games

It's weird that the posted reccomended specs for the game is a 560 on most sites yet a lot of people that already have it can hardly run it past high settings on a 660ti which I think is the most common nvidia card in most gaming rigs

I'm getting pretty horrible stutter on high when driving/moving around. FX-8350 @ 4.5 ghz and 660 ti,plus the game is on a ssd. I don't get why its running so shitty. FPS is fine but its unplayable due to stutter. Anyone else getting this?

I'm so tempted to cave in and buy this, but I don't know how it would cope on an AMD rig. R9 270X, FX-8350 and 8gig of RAM? I don't run in a high resolution because my TV just doesn't play ball with my computer so I use a smaller 1400x900 monitor.

I tried running 1080 on a 24" and everything was tiny and out of focus. I don't understand how you can play with 1920x1080 it was awful. Maybe on a bigger TV but from what I've heard y'all mostly play at 1080 on smaller screens.

All this talk of GPUs has got me thinking. Is $250 + a free copy of watch dogs a good deal for a GTX 760 Ti on Amazon?

Well, unless it was a TV too, then its understandable, you shouldn't be using a TV for a PC.

You'll never need more than 640x480, anyways.

so 780ti and a i5 4670k reporting everything ultra @ 1080p, averages at probably 40 fps. driving is near impossible due to tons of stutters where it suddenly drops all the way down to 20fps for a second, then it returns to normal.

game seems to crash if dxtory is open for whatever reason

I hope to god they patch this on release, the shit I've been reading on this thread is inexcusable.
