It's weird that the posted reccomended specs for the game is a 560 on most sites yet a lot of people that already have it can hardly run it past high settings on a 660ti which I think is the most common nvidia card in most gaming rigs
This game has serious optimisation issues
No man you just have to purchase some really heavy gear. Running it at 55 fps at ultra now with a $4000 rig
So is anyone getting this weird half second input lag? Including the mouse?
This game is very nicely optimized. Just ordered four titans and 16 more gbs of ram. Can't wait to play at Ultra with the mediocre graphics at 720p just to get slightly above 60 fps on my 144 hz monitor
Four titans
16GB MORE ram
144hz monitor
Please be joking
So is anyone getting this weird half second input lag? Including the mouse?
Yea... at first I thought it was due to low FPS... but it's also in locations where I have 70+ ...
Also, the cursor in menu... holy fuck, it's on acid or what, it moves so damn fast and uncontrollably...

Mine is a £3000 rig and it is jerky as fuck when driving on medium settings
I'm getting pretty horrible stutter on high when driving/moving around. FX-8350 @ 4.5 ghz and 660 ti,plus the game is on a ssd. I don't get why its running so shitty. FPS is fine but its unplayable due to stutter. Anyone else getting this?
You are complaining about having 45-60 FPS in games with a huge resolution and high graphics.
Why
Since when has 1920x1080 been a huge resolution? Maybe like 4 years ago, but with multimonitors and 4k monitors, 1920x1080 is actually pretty average.

I'm having spikes from 50 fps down to 20 for like 1 second, when driving around.

Not getting any stutter, but that is most likely because I have ten SSDs running in a raid setup.

are you even real
Not getting any stutter, but that is most likely because I have ten SSDs running in a raid setup.
How the hell does that even work?
so according to this thread my 770 will not run it very well
shit
is KB and mouse that bad? I'll be using joystick though but I need mouse for shooting

Ummm
but the 780 ti is better and cheaper than the titan
you just threw money away by doing that

Well throwing away money is what has to be done in order to play modern pc games somewhat decently

I take it this is the theme song of your life

I envy you and your bed sheets made of 100$ bills
I'm so tempted to cave in and buy this, but I don't know how it would cope on an AMD rig.
R9 270X, FX-8350 and 8gig of RAM?
I don't run in a high resolution because my TV just doesn't play ball with my computer so I use a smaller 1400x900 monitor.
Apparently WD uses only 2 cores of your CPU according to someone on reddit:

I run 1366x768 on a 32" TV. I tried running 1080 on a 24" and everything was tiny and out of focus.
I don't understand how you can play with 1920x1080 it was awful.
Maybe on a bigger TV but from what I've heard y'all mostly play at 1080 on smaller screens.

I can have everything on medium and get a solid 60fps on my 570, with everything on high it'll be 40-60 depending where you look
All this talk of GPUs has got me thinking.
Is $250 + a free copy of watch dogs a good deal for a GTX 760 Ti on Amazon?

Your eyes must be fucked up if 1080p is on a 24in is awful. Well, unless it was a TV too, then its understandable, you shouldn't be using a TV for a PC.

Yeah can't imagine why people would want higher pixel density in their screens, nothing to gain.
You'll never need more than 640x480, anyways.
So is anyone getting this weird half second input lag? Including the mouse?
Yeah, it seems to only be with KB+Mouse, there isn't any lag with a 360 controller.

Yes, that's how I got watch dogs.
so 780ti and a i5 4670k reporting
everything ultra @ 1080p, averages at probably 40 fps. driving is near impossible due to tons of stutters where it suddenly drops all the way down to 20fps for a second, then it returns to normal.

So pretty much standard Ubisoft game
Snipers are pretty accurate.
Well now that apparently half the thread has the game leak, it's time to quit this thread and never come back til I beat it. Someone's gonna be "that guy" and spoil shit. I know it.
game seems to crash if dxtory is open for whatever reason
I hope to god they patch this on release, the shit I've been reading on this thread is inexcusable.
